  • Patent number: 11435734
Abstract: In a method for failure, detection, operational data from a plurality of components in a system are received. A bank of submodels is created based on the operational data. The bank of submodels corresponds to a normal mode and one or more faulty modes of the system and is valid in different operating regimes of the system. Each of the banks of submodels has a respective weight (validity) and a respective suboutput. An output of the system is a weighted sum of the suboutputs of the submodels. The operational data is therefore processed to generate a validity profile through a constrained Kalman Filter (KCF) based multimodel fault detection and diagnosis (FDD). Subsequently, the validity profile is output. The validity profile is indicative of an operation state of the system at a given time, and the operation state includes a normal state and a fault state.

  • Patent number: 11416048
Abstract: First event information that is associated with an event that corresponds to a temperature of a memory sub-system is received. Whether the first event information associated with the event that corresponds to the temperature of the memory sub-system satisfies a first threshold condition is determined. Responsive to determining that the first event information associated with the event that corresponds to the temperature of the memory sub-system satisfies the first threshold condition, a thermoelectric component (TEC) is caused to change from an inactive state to an active state by decreasing a temperature at a bottom surface of the TEC that is coupled to the memory sub-system as a temperature at a top surface of the TEC increases.

  • Patent number: 11262774
Abstract: When a voltage signal is input to input terminals as a positive voltage, the voltage conversion circuit generates a control voltage proportional to an input voltage by a voltage-dividing circuit according to resistance elements, a voltage follower circuit according to an operational amplifier, and a voltage-dividing circuit according to resistance elements. When a voltage signal is input to the input terminals as a negative voltage, since the operational amplifier outputs a power supply voltage according to an input of the negative voltage, the voltage conversion circuit generates a predetermined positive voltage obtained by dividing the power supply voltage by the resistance elements as the control voltage. The predetermined positive voltage is higher than a voltage range of the control voltage when the voltage signal is input as the positive voltage.
