The system includes a storage includes a rule library having a plurality of rules, each rule being in a human-readable format and including a first data tag, a comparator, a comparison value, and a result. The system also includes a rules manager configured to receive and store a new rule. The system includes a rules evaluator configured to receive an adjudication request having a data object associated with a data tag, and evaluate the request and create a primary determination by applying a first rule to the request, and further applying a first subsequent rule and all logically adjacent rules until all logically adjacent rules have been exhausted and the primary determination is an indefinite outcome or the applying of a final rule returns an outcome that becomes the primary determination.

Abstract: An example system to identify an advertisement to include in source material to increase an effectiveness of the advertisement includes an analyzer to determine one or more priming characteristics for a plurality of locations of a source material based on neuro-response data collected from a first subject exposed to the source material and a selector to identify an attribute of the advertisement, identify at least one of a temporal attribute or a spatial attribute for the plurality of locations, perform a comparison of the attribute of the advertisement to the at least one of the temporal attribute or the spatial attribute for the plurality of locations, select a first location of the plurality of locations for insertion of the advertisement based on the comparison and the priming characteristics, and transform the source material to include the advertisement at the first location.

Abstract: A method of verifying the destination of a transaction between nodes in a network includes receiving transaction information corresponding to a transaction between the nodes, where the transaction information comprises a unique destination identifier and a destination name and where the unique destination identifier defines a destination account of the transaction; obtaining from a storage unit a set of names used in previous transactions to that destination account; determining at least one disparity value between the destination name and the set of names; and producing a destination verification value based on the at least one disparity value, wherein the destination verification value is used to verify whether the transaction between nodes should proceed.

Abstract: A data processing method, apparatus and system, for improving the security and accuracy in the data processing process. The method comprises: receiving target biometric information and verification password information of a target object sent by an acquisition institution server; recognizing, from registered biometric information of a plurality of objects, the registered biometric information matching the target biometric information; determining target account information of the target object according to the recognized registered biometric information; and sending a data processing request to a card issuing institution server corresponding to the target account information, the data processing request comprising the target account information and the verification password information, so that the card issuing institution server performs verification using the verification password information and performs data processing according to the target account information after the verification is passed.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for a single degree tiered bracket matrix for secure digital resource distribution across a digital resource distribution network. In this way, the invention interrupts a digital resource distribution network and displays a tiered bracket matrix for a user to select from on the digital resource distribution network application. The tiered bracket matrix is determined by matching database points with an overlayed, timestamped, resource distribution network distributions for prepopulating of the matrix. Upon matching a user device contact hash value, the system may interrupt a resource distribution network application and splice in recommended users for resource distribution via the resource distribution network application in a tiered matrix display.

Abstract: Systems and methods for reducing latency in transactions are described herein. In an embodiment, an application edge acts as a system of record for an application. When a client computing device sends a request to perform a transaction to the application, the application edge receives the request and, without forwarding the request to a backend computing network, searches a transaction datastore stored at the application edge for the account balance and responds to the client computing device with the account balance. The client computing device then determines that a transaction can be performed and sends a request to perform the transaction to the application. The application edge passes this request to the backend computing network which performs the requested transaction. The application edge then uses a webhook infrastructure to update each transaction datastore stored at the application edge.

Abstract: A system and method for predictive pre-authorization of subsidiary accounts using passive biometrics which uses wireless mobile devices and biometric scanning to automatically predict pre-authorized transaction amounts for a plurality of subsidiary accounts in a secure manner without requiring the customer to handle his or her mobile device. The system and method uses a payment facilitation device at the business location which automatically detects and recognizes registered mobile devices, displays a photo of the customer to a business employee for identity confirmation, verifies the customer with a biometrics verification database, generates a pre-authorization amount with an authorization generator, and automatically deducts payments for purchases from a pre-authorized customer account. The system and method may further include capabilities for facilitating offline transactions using accounts enabled as offline accounts.
