A compliance verification platform may be an intermediary between an application for managing and/or recording transactions and a transaction processing platform for processing a transaction. Based on successful compliance verification and authentication, the compliance verification platform may send notifications to the transaction processing platform to process a transaction requested via the application.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for facilitating micropayments between distributed, independent consumers and content creators. A computer-implemented method is disclosed related to enabling tips between at least one content consumer and at least one content creator, comprising: receiving, at a web application from a user interface, an intent to tip; sending, via the web application, a payment initiation based on the intent to tip to a processing service; generating, at the processing service, a payment event based on the payment initiation, wherein the payment event comprises payment data; and updating, at the processing service, at least one wallet based on the payment data.

Abstract: A method and system for calculating a deficiency analysis that provides a percentage of missing data for an impairment rating based on an observed data set. Comparing an observed data set with an ideal data set based on one or more administrative rule sets for an injury event allows one or more stakeholders within the workers compensation process to obtain a risk score and/or deficiency report for the observed data and the resulting impairment rating. One or more risk scores and/or deficiency reports can be used to track quality and consistency of a clinician and quality and consistency across a medical provider network. After a risk score for an impairment rating is output, the risk score can be uploaded to a historical evaluation database for a percentile creation against other reports of similar body systems.

One of the methods includes receiving data indicating a list of historic transactions of a user from a plurality of financial institutions. The method includes identifying at least one predicted unexpected expense based on providing at least some of the data to a trained machine-learning model, the trained machine-learning model trained using historic transaction data of a plurality of other users. The method includes determining a plan to account for the unexpected expense. The method also includes automatically transferring an amount based on the plan.

Abstract: A dynamic transaction card comprising an outer surface, a sensor, and a display disposed on the outer surface is disclosed. The dynamic transaction card can include an antenna and a microcontroller controlling a dynamic transaction card application. The dynamic transaction card can also include a secure payment chip having a plurality of contact points and storing a passive tag associated with a user. The passive tag can include a unique identifier and one or more log-in credentials for the user. When making a purchase, the user can be authenticated via a connection between the dynamic transaction card and a user device. The unique identifier can be used as an authentication token and the one or more log-in credentials can be verified against log-in credentials associated with the user.

Abstract: Blockchain-backed redistributable electronic content components is created and distributed. These techniques provider greater computer security and authentication controls, in various embodiments. An electronic content component associated with a first entity and a first set of actions is created. The electronic content component is published, and the first set of actions and a block representing the electronic content component are added to a blockchain. A second entity requests use of the electronic content component and a distribution agreement between the first and second entities associated with a second set of actions is created. The second set of actions and a block representing the distribution agreement are added to a blockchain. The electronic content component and distribution agreement are validated based on the blockchain, and custom content including the electronic content component is published.

Abstract: Systems and methods for integrating mobile image capture with an internet browser application on a mobile device are provided, wherein a user viewing a web page via the internet browser application can initiate a mobile image capture process on the mobile device through the web page, capture images with a mobile image capture user interface, and then provide secure access to the captured images for the web page in order to utilize the content of the captured images. The mobile image capture process is accessible through any internet browser application via the mobile device and allows any service running on a web page to benefit from the ability to capture an image on the mobile device and obtain the content of the image through mobile image processing. The browser-based mobile image capture allows mobile devices which do not run certain third party applications to utilize mobile image capture and processing.

Abstract: A self-governed data exchange system is disclosed to price data elements and aggregate data on a self-governed data exchange. Combining data from a variety of IoT domains will lower storage and administration costs for data generators as well as standardize the ability to query and monetize the data. Also, data will be more readily available to third parties allowing for higher overall revenue back to the data providers.

The computing platform may generate a one time password, and record the one time password in a distributed ledger, and send the one time password to a first device. The computing platform may receive, from a second device, the one time password, which may have been sent from the first device to the second device. Using the distributed ledger, the computing platform may validate the one time password, and may record, in the distributed ledger, validation information indicating that the first one time password was validated. Based on validating the first one time password using the distributed ledger, the computing platform may process a requested event, and may notify the second device that the event was processed.

Abstract: A method, a computer device, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium for preventing an erroneous deposit of cryptocurrency are provided. A method of preventing an erroneous deposit of cryptocurrency includes providing an interface for inputting transaction request information including a target coin and a wallet address; verifying at least one of the target coin and the wallet address using a trading environment of a target exchange corresponding to the transaction request information; and processing a transaction according to the transaction request information based on a verification result.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for determining valuation and risk analysis of municipal debt instruments on an after-tax basis. In one embodiment, bond terms, yield curve and interest rate volatility data are received for a set of bonds. Additionally, IRS treatment data and applicable tax rates for the set of bonds and a purchaser of the bonds are also received. Theoretical tax-neutral values of the bonds are calculated using a buy-and-hold methodology, wherein the tax-neutral value comprises the price of the at least one municipal debt offering such that its discounted after-tax value equals the price. A theoretical maximum after-tax values of the bonds are also calculated using a recursive valuation path-dependent methodology. Optimal bond management is determined using the calculated theoretical tax-neutral values and maximum after-tax values of the bonds.

A payment service computing platform may receive transaction data associated with users of a payment service, and may receive a search query from a payment application associated with the payment service and executing on a device of a user. The payment service computing platform may then determine, based at least in part on a portion of the transaction data associated with the user, a user risk metric associated with the user, may generate a list of entities based at least in part on the user risk metric, and may cause a user interface of the payment application to present at least a portion of the list of entities as a search result to the search query.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a global transaction validation system from an originator, a transaction request comprising transaction data, processing, by the global transaction validation system, the transaction request by generating a notification message including a status and at least part of the transaction data where the at least part of the transaction data comprises editable data and the status is configured to indicate a potential delay related to the editable data, transmitting, by the global transaction validation system, the notification message to a recipient device associated with a transaction recipient, and receiving, by the global transaction validation system, a return notification from the recipient device where the return notification includes an indication from the transaction recipient regarding the at least part of the transaction data, and where the indication is a change to the editable data that remedies the potential delay by correcting required information.

Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for predicting a likelihood of an occurrence of an event, such as a dispute or a chargeback, associated with an electronic transaction based on monitoring user interactions of a user with one or more computing systems after the electronic transaction has been conducted. The electronic transaction may involve a purchase of a product and/or service from a merchant. After the transaction is conducted, user interactions of the user with the one or more computer systems, such as a website of the merchant involved in the transaction, a website of another merchant, and a website of a payment service provider may be monitored. A machine learning model may then be used to predict whether the event associated with the transaction will occur in the future based on the monitored user interactions.
