Abstract: An excimer bulb fixture including an excimer bulb emitting a beam of UV light at a far UV C wavelength. The fixture includes a krypton/chloride bulb, a band pass filter and a diffusion layer or lens. The krypton/chloride bulb is adapted to project a beam of far UV C light through the filter and then through the diffusion layer or lens. The band pass filter is adapted to block substantial UV radiation wavelengths longer than 234 nm. The diffusion layer or lens is adapted to widen the beam of far UV C light. A method far widening a beam of far UV C light includes the steps of projecting a beam of far UV C light produced by a krypton/chloride bulb through a band pass filter; blocking substantially UV C radiation longer than 234 nm; projecting the filtered beam through a diffusion filter or lens; and, widening the filtered beam.
Abstract: The peeling member is disposed inside the inner tank. The switching mechanism is provided for switching between the state of rotating the peeling member in the interlocking manner with the inner tank and the state of being disconnected the peeling member from the inner tank. With the peeling member disconnected from the inner tank, one of them is rotated, the used paper diaper stored is peeled off from the inner surface of the inner tank, and then, the used paper diaper processed in the processing tank is discharged from the bottom of the processing tank to the take-out unit via the opening and closing unit.
Abstract: A method for using an ultrasound imaging system including a disinfection system is disclosed. The disinfection system may include one or more ultraviolet light sources. The UV light sources may be included in a display. The disinfection system may be configured to operate when the display is parallel to a control panel of the ultrasound imaging system. The disinfection system may provide indications of the disinfection status of the ultrasound imaging system.
Abstract: An aroma cartridge 100 includes a columnar housing 360 consisting of upper and lower surfaces 362 and 364 parallel to and congruent with each other, and a side surface 366 formed to connect their circumferences. Housing 360 has a hollow portion in which a scent source is sealed. In the housing 360, an air feed inlet 220 communicating with the hollow portion and the outside of the housing, and a scent passage 300 are formed. The aroma cartridge 100 further includes a metal plate 240 of ferromagnetic body, fixed at least on a portion of the side surface 366. By providing a magnet on a cartridge loading section of the aroma cartridge, aroma display can be loaded/unloaded with aroma cartridge 100 easily and reliably.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed include autonomous robotic systems and methods for disinfecting an environment. An autonomous disinfecting system comprises, in a housing, a first unit comprising a first plurality of UV-C lamps attached to a first wireless base comprising a plurality of wheels. Abstract: A mobile body is configured to travel an area optionally over a surface inside an aircraft cabin. Components comprise at least one of a UVC protective shield, the shield selectively providing a multisided enclosure that selectively envelopes and/or separates the operator from the UVC in the surrounding environment. A source of UV radiation is mounted to the mobile body and configured to direct UV radiation to the surface at a predetermined dosage. At least two articulated arms are mounted to the mobile body, and UV lamps mounted respectively on the arms. The mobile body is a trolley or cart for negotiating an area optionally an aircraft aisle.
Abstract: A self-sanitizing chair is shown and described. The chair may comprise a seating surface, legs, arm rest, head rest, and a sanitizing system. The latter may include a UV light source and a sanitizing fluid dispensing system. UV light and sanitizing fluid are applied to surfaces of the chair contacted by a human user. Indicating lights indicate when sanitizing is being performed, when sanitizing fluid is drying, and when the chair is ready for the next user. A control circuit operates the indicating lights and includes an occupant sensor. Sanitizing is inhibited in the presence of an occupant and commenced when the occupant has left the chair.

Abstract: A sanitizing cup that is advantageously used in a vehicle interior. The sanitizing cup includes a cup base and a sanitizing compartment extending at least partially from the cup base. The sanitizing compartment has a sanitizing area which can be used to sanitize an object, such as a user's face mask. Abstract: A sterilization process test device for verifying the efficacy of a sterilization process includes a tubular body defining a chamber for containing at least one sterilization indicator and a cap to sealingly close the tubular body. The tubular body includes at least one hole, which is covered by a gas and steam permeable cover. The only flow path into the chamber is provided through the steam and gas permeable cover and the at least one hole, which when combined are configured to control and restrict a flow of steam or a gaseous sterilization medium from an external environment.

The microorganisms may be referred to as white slime and may comprise bacteria, algae, mold, mildew, fungus, or any combination thereof. As non-limiting examples, the drain clearing solution may be white vinegar, bleach, chlorine tablet dissolved in water, or a liquid drain line clearing product. The quantity of the drain clearing solution dispensed and the dispensing interval may be selected and may vary based upon the drain clearing solution used.

A germicidal partition system including at least one negative ion generator including at least one negative high-voltage source, at least one high-voltage conductor electrically connected to the at least one negative high-voltage source, and at least one anode electrically connected to the at least one high-voltage conductor, and at least one fan configured to draw air into the system, direct the air through the at least one negative ion generator, and output the air through at least one manifold, wherein the air outputted through the at least one manifold is configured to create a barrier between a first air mass and a second air mass, such that the outputted air reduces at least one of the transfer of contaminants or the concentration of viable contagions between the first air mass and the second air mass.
