  • Patent number: 11012350
Abstract: Network interworking with no cross-domain state may be provided. First, an edge node may receive a packet from an intermediate node in a first domain. The edge node may be between the first domain and a second domain. Next, the edge node may pop, in response to a first Service Identifier (SID) in the packet, headers corresponding to the first domain from the packet. The edge node may then push, in response to the first SID, a label stack corresponding to the second domain onto the packet. The first SID may include data corresponding to the label stack. Then the edge node may route the packet to the second domain destine to an end node in the second domain.

  • Patent number: 11006340
Abstract: An approach of handling interference caused by inter-modulation in a network node for wireless communication capable of communication with a set of stations for wireless communication is disclosed. The stations are wireless transceiver devices and communication from the network node to any of the stations is considered to be downlink communication performed on a downlink carrier in a downlink carrier frequency band and communication from any of the stations is considered to be uplink communication performed on an uplink carrier in an uplink carrier frequency band. The method comprises, when an interference level indicates probable inter-modulation interference, scheduling uplink transmission grants for a plurality of stations of a subset of the stations within a time interval, such that scheduling outside the time interval is reduced.

  • Patent number: 10985890
Abstract: The invention proposes a method of linking extended PUCCH resources for ACK/NACK implicitly to eCCEs used by EPDCCH. According to an embodiment of the invention, extended PUCCH resources for ACK/NACK are indexed based on the numbering of eCCEs. As compared with a method of indexing extended PUCCH resources for ACK/NACK through explicit linking, this method of implicit linking can save a significant signaling overhead and facilitate a standardization course. Furthermore this method further addresses the problem in the prior art of the lack of a linkage between extended PUCCH resources for ACK/NACK implicitly to eCCEs used by EPDCCH.

  • Patent number: 10980060
Abstract: In 802.11ax networks with access points, a trigger frame offers scheduled and random resource units to nodes for data uplink communication to the access points. To make more effective the usage of the network, the access point may design the trigger frame to force the nodes to send some categories of data. Resource units may be defined in trigger frames to be dedicated to small packets or to some access category data. Adjusting the time length of the resource units helps restricting the type of data that can be conveyed by the resource units. Also, using various frequency widths for resource units in the same trigger frame helps reducing padding in the resource units when various traffic types coexist.

  • Patent number: 10979159
Abstract: A technique includes maintaining a signal-to-noise ratio of the transmitted reference signals to be less than a lower signal-to-noise ratio threshold for a first period of time that is a sufficient length of time to allow a correctly operating user device to detect an out-of-sync status and subsequently declare a radio link failure with respect to the connection, increasing, after the maintaining, the signal-to-noise ratio of the reference signals transmitted to the user device from the second signal-to-noise ratio to a third signal-to-noise ratio, wherein the third signal-to-noise ratio is greater than an upper signal-to-noise ratio threshold, after the increasing, sending, by the network device to the user device, an uplink resource grant, and confirming that the network device does not receive an uplink transmission from the user device in response to the uplink resource grant within a second period of time.

  • Patent number: 10965590
Abstract: This application discloses a packet processing method and an LSR. The method includes: receiving, by an Ingress LSR of a first MPLS tunnel, a first notification packet that is based on an IGP, where the first notification packet includes an ELC flag, which is used to indicate that the first Egress LSR has ELC; after learning from the first notification packet that the first Egress LSR has ELC, inserting a label into a first packet, to generate a second packet, where the label forms an MPLS label stack, which includes, from bottom to top, a first EL, a first ELI, and a first TL; and sending the second packet to the first Egress LSR through the first MPLS tunnel. According to the solutions of this invention, a Transit LSR of the first MPLS tunnel may perform load balancing when forwarding the second packet.
