Abstract: Disclosed is a pivotable signpost support device. The device includes a signpost support that is vertically aligned with a ground post support, wherein the signpost support is disposed above the ground post support that is affixed to a ground post. The signpost support and the ground post support are secured between first vertical support and a second vertical support. The signpost support is pivotally secured to the first and second vertical supports by means of a pivot bolt having a die spring at an end thereof, so that it can pivot forward and backward relative to the first and second vertical supports. The pivot bolt can tighten the die spring so as to keep the signpost support in an upright position but allowing the signpost support to fall into a collapsed position.

Abstract: A license plate covering assembly includes a frame that may be coupled to a vehicle. The frame may surround a license plate on the vehicle. The frame comprising a first half that is hingedly coupled to a second half. A window is coupled to the second half. The window facilitates the license plate to be visible when the frame is positioned in a closed position.

Abstract: A pet tag holder supports from a pet collar a pet tag having a hole. The pet tag holder comprises a flexible, resilient body including a major front wall, an opposed major rear wall, side edge walls interconnecting the front and rear walls, a top edge wall, and a bottom edge wall. The top and bottom edge walls are continuous with the side edge walls and interconnect the front and rear walls. The body defines a hollow sleeve having an interior cavity adapted for receiving and enclosing at least one pet tag and a slot for inserting the tag into the sleeve.

Abstract: Marketing strips having a light source and a flexible viscoelastic lightguide for displaying products or product related information, or illuminating a graphic on the marketing strip and products adjacent it. Light from the light source enters the viscoelastic lightguide and is transported within the lightguide by total internal reflection until the light exits from surfaces of the lightguide and through the graphic. The viscoelastic lightguide can include a pressure-sensitive adhesive, which adheres the lightguide to the marketing strip and enhances structural support for it. The light from the lightguide can illuminate products and labels on the marketing strip. The lightguide can also include a bevelled edge with light exiting the edge downward and backward from the marketing strip to illuminate products it.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide a trifold letter card comprising a first riser portion, a second riser portion, a base portion, and an engaging portion. The engaging portion comprises at least three segments and at least two slits. Such structures allow the first riser portion to be inserted through the at least two slits and secured relative to the engaging portion.

Abstract: A modular fly fishing rod system includes elongated rod blanks configured for mutual end-to-end removable engagement, with adjacent rod blanks having mutually distinct transverse cross-sections to form a rod portion extending from a proximal end having a relatively large transverse cross-section, to a distal end having a relatively small transverse cross-section. The rod blanks include intermediate rod blanks and a tip top rod blank, in which each intermediate rod blank has one or more helical line guides configured to permit the fishing line to be moved transversely into and out of engagement therewith. A handle has a reel seat to support a fishing reel, and a chuck configured to releasably engage any of the rod blanks, wherein the handle may be selectively used with the tip top rod blank alone or with one or more of the intermediate rod blanks engaged therebetween to selectively vary the length of the rod portion.

Abstract: A frame and a device for mounting a plurality of frames in a grid. The frame has an axial first mounting member and a second mounting member, the first mounting member having a generally flat portion exposed to and generally flush with a perimeter surface of the frame. The alignment device has a cross-shaped body having a pair of horizontal members and a pair of vertical members intersecting at a common point, the horizontal and vertical members having interior surfaces defining four quadrants, the alignment device further comprising a level attached to the cross-shaped body and a magnet mounted in a recess in one of the horizontal members or vertical members. The alignment device used to position and mount the frame.

Abstract: Improvements in a tilting, lifting stand are presented. The tilt, lift stand is for a musical instrument stand or to elevate/tilt a speaker and or amplifier and rigidly supports a sousaphone brass type instruments, speaker or amplifier in an in a stored and in a playable or elevated position. The stand supports all or the majority of the weight of the instrument or speaker or amplifier in a static position to relieve the weight of the musical instrument or speaker or amplifier. The stand has legs that are extendable to rest on multiple levels as might be found in a stadium. The stand further has a securing mechanism that gently grasps a tubular section to hold the musical instrument. The speaker stand can be easily collapsed for transportation and storage.

Abstract: Systems have a frame, and a substrate base sheet held by the frame. Each system has a media sheet and a substantially transparent erasable sheet held by the frame, with the media sheet being between the substrate sheet and the erasable sheet. The media sheet and the substantially transparent erasable sheet have substantially the same peripheral shape. The erasable sheet is positioned directly over the media sheet and supported by the frame at locations substantially the same as where the frame supports the media sheet. The media sheet may be a durable, long-lasting sheet. One of the media sheet and erasable sheet may have a lifting tab extending away from a peripheral edge thereof, some embodiments having a through-hole.

Abstract: A tag for positioning on containers for carrying item(s). The tag includes a base layer having a second status identifier that comprises a status identification symbol. The tag also includes a front layer having a top portion and a bottom portion and a removable tab connecting the top portion and the bottom portion. The bottom portion and the top portion are secured to the base layer. When the front layer is secured to the base layer, the front layer covers the second status identifier. The removable tab includes a first status identifier that is visible when the tab is retained to the front layer and, when the tab is removed, the second status identifier is visible.

Abstract: A wristband configured adhering rear surface portions of band base material to each other. The present wristband is characterized in that, when winding the wristband on a portion on which the wristband is to be wound. The rear surface of a first winding region (6) having an exposed adhesive layer (3), and the rear surface of a second winding region are adhered to each other such that a first adhesion position guide (18, 19A) and a second adhesion position guide (19) are aligned with each other while a (second adhesion region (23)) of the adhesive layer (3) is left so that the portion can be exposed, whereby the wristband can be formed in a ring shape and wound on the portion on which the wristband is to be wound. The first winding region (6), which has the adhesive layer (3) having the portion so that the portion can be exposed, can be adhered to the front surface of the second winding region (7).

The support structure can include a front sheet, a back sheet and a plurality of side strips secured between the front sheet and the back sheet for forming a closed support structure. The image substrate can overlie an external surface of the front sheet so that the front sheet forms a rigid backing for the image substrate.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a secure substrate provides a print-ready surface for printing scratch-off products and eliminates the need to print lower security layers for protecting against attempts to view hidden indicia information. In one embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying microperforations to a dyed substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density to resist an attempt to reduce the opacity of the dyed substrate by delamination. In another embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying a lower opacity layer and a lower background layer on a substrate to provide a secure substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density. In another embodiment, a secure substrate comprises applying a lower opacity layer on a substrate, applying a reflective coating, and applying a lower background layer over the reflective coating to provide a secure substrate that meets a predefined transmission optical density.

Abstract: An apparatus for spinning a rally towel comprising a body section comprising with a first end and a second end, an outer housing extending from the first end to the second end with the outer housing having knobs at the second end, an inner cylindrical tube, at least a pair of spheres comprising a first attaching means, a second attaching means, a gripping means, a noise creating means, and a towel such that the towel is inserted in corners of said spheres between said gripping means with said second attaching means in closed position for the insertion. Further the apparatus provided plastic noise knobs that create clicking noise when flap comes in contact with plastic noise knobs. The apparatus is used as a cheering device for fans to twirl around during a sport to support the respective favorite team.

Abstract: Disclosed is a combination picture frame and jewelry box. The device includes a first section that is hingedly attached to a second section. In one embodiment, the first section and the second section may resemble a steamer trunk. The first and second section can be manipulated into an open position and a closed position. The first and second section can remain securely closed in a closed position via a locking mechanism, which includes a keyhole that is disposed in the first section. The first section further includes a picture frame, while the second section includes a mirror. Each of the first and second sections includes a defined interior volume that is compartmentalized to organize various jewelry items such as rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and the like. In this way, the present invention provides a jewelry box with multiple features to reduce clutter and to increase versatility.

Abstract: Method and apparatus are disclosed for magnetically connecting a placard to a rearview mirror of a motor vehicle. The apparatus includes a magnetic hanger which connects to the stem of the rearview mirror. A magnetic placard adapter removably receives a hanging portion of a standard placard. The magnetic placard adapter is removably connectable to the magnetic hanger. The magnetic placard adapter is magnetically connected to the magnetic hanger. In other embodiments, the placard itself is formed with a magnetic portion to form a magnetic placard that magnetically couples to the magnetic hanger, directly without the need for the magnetic placard adapter.

Abstract: A reusable notebook is used with heat-erasable ink. The reusable notebook includes a binding configured to hold a plurality of pages, at least one cover, and at least one ready indicator. The ready indicator is configured to indicate that at least one page in the notebook has reached at least a critical temperature. The critical temperature is a predetermined minimum temperature that is sufficient to erase thermochromic ink on the page(s). The indication occurs when the ready indicator is at a temperature equal to or above a predetermined minimum temperature referred to as the ready temperature. When the ready indicator is at or above the ready temperature, the critical temperature of the at least one page is reached.

Abstract: An identification bracelet is provided. The identification bracelet includes an elongated body, and an end of the body includes a securement portion, which includes an adhesive. A cover having a release section and a gripping section is disposed at the end of the body such that, in an initial configuration, the release section of the cover is engaged with the adhesive of the securement portion. The gripping section is connected to the release section and can be utilized to disengage the cover from the adhesive of the securement portion. When the cover is disengaged, the securement portion is narrower than the rest of the body, resulting in the identification bracelet having a tapered closure.
