  • Patent number: 11620602
Abstract: A real-time activity monitor (RTAM) operates within or in association with a machine (such as a desktop) within a back office environment to automatically track and record desktop processing activities, application usage, as well as manual processing. The real-time activity monitor provides visibility into real-time task processing at the client desktop to enable an enterprise to address back office operational inefficiencies that are exposed by the data. According to a further feature, a recording approach is used to enable a user of the system to automatically define processes and tasks to be monitored. The approach obviates manual configuration by recording application usage actions and then using these interactions as a template for a new process object to be monitored. In an alternative embodiment, the process recorder captures screenshots and enables screen element bookmarking.

  • Patent number: 11501321
Abstract: Analytical methods and systems applied to sequential event data are disclosed. An exemplary system and method analyzes datasets containing events in a plurality of journeys. The methods and systems described analyze and quantify the relative importance of events and sequences leading to outcomes where the data is complex and interconnected. In some embodiments, a graphical user interface illustrates the quantification of these datasets. In some embodiments, the graphical user interface maps the journey paths to show the relative importance of each journey path. In some embodiments, the maps of journey paths are interactive, allowing selection of paths of interest for detailed analysis. In some embodiments, the methods and systems calculate paths similar to a journey path of interest. An exemplary method and system also provides detailed recommendations for changing events within a sequence to either increase or decrease the likelihood of achieving a selected outcome.

  • Patent number: 11282042
Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for prioritizing calendar events with artificial intelligence are presented. A request to schedule a new calendar event for a specified period may be received. A conflicting calendar event during the specified time period may be identified. An event priority score for the new calendar event may be compared with an event priority score for the conflicting calendar event, wherein the event priority scores are generated via application of a statistical machine learning model to a plurality of factors associated with the new calendar event and the conflicting calendar event. A selectable option to replace the conflicting calendar event with the new calendar event may be presented if the event priority score for the new calendar event is higher than the event priority score for the conflicting calendar event.
