  • Patent number: 10695934
Abstract: A cutting mechanism for a roll fiber product comprises two clamping devices for clamping the roll fiber product, and a blade for cutting the roll fiber product. The two clamping devices are respectively connected to a push device. During the cutting process, the push devices drive the clamping devices and the roll fiber product thereon swinging so that the two clamping devices break the roll fiber products to reduce the contact area and the friction between the blade and the roll fiber products. In addition, two clamping devices are respectively connected with a push-pull device for increasing the size of the gap therebetween, so as to prevent the blade from touching the cut roll fiber products. Thus, the cutting mechanism of the present invention is able to reduce the wear rate of the blade, and improve the yield rate of the roll fiber products.

  • Patent number: 10668644
Abstract: The dust proof circular saw has a main body with a rotating disc cutter blade and a cover fixed to the body to cover a blade outer radial periphery part. The body is supported by a base such that an angle of the body in the up-down and right-left directions can be adjusted at a base upper side. A further blade outer radial periphery is covered by an auxiliary cover. The auxiliary cover covers a gap between the fixed cover and the base. The auxiliary cover is moved by a mechanism relative to the body in accordance with an angle of the circular saw main body relative to the base in the up-down direction. The auxiliary cover is pivotally connected to the base, and is pivoted around a laterally tilting support shaft in the right-left direction by an interlock mechanism in accordance with a body angle in the right-left direction.

  • Patent number: 10632551
Abstract: A shoe for a band saw, the shoe having a body including a generally C-shaped member defined by a substantially planar portion for engaging a workpiece and a pair of rails extending transversely therefrom and wrapping such that the body includes a generally T-shaped receptacle for slidably receiving a correspondingly-shaped member. The substantially planar portion includes apertures aligned linearly. A biased detent feature has a holding force with a magnitude sufficient to hold the body when the detent feature is seated in one of the apertures. The body is moveable linearly, relative to the detent feature, in the direction of alignment of the apertures between engaged and non-engaged positions. The body is moveable out of the engaged position in the direction by application of a disengaging force in the direction acting to move the body with respect to the detent feature and acting to overcome the holding force in the engaged position.

  • Patent number: 10625354
Abstract: An operator operates a throttle lever and by maximizing the extent of said operation, the drive state is initiated, and the crank shaft rotation rate R increases and reaches the maximal value (RC) thereof. Subsequently, the operator operates the dressing operation lever so as to be in a second state at elapsed time (t0) while keeping the extent of the throttle lever operation maximized. Because a microswitch is turned off, the crank shaft rotation rate (R) is controlled in a range of R1<R<R2. By placing the saw chain in contact with a grindstone fixed to the dressing operation lever simultaneously with said action, dressing work is performed. After the microswitch is turned off at elapsed time (t0), the output of an ignition coil is controlled cyclically by a control unit at a cycle (T1+T2) so as to be on (ignition) during period (T1) and off (flame off) during period (T2).

  • Patent number: 10610937
Abstract: The first rotation lock mechanism 31 is configured such that a screw force produced by a rotation operation of an operation member 33 is transmitted to a lock member 42 via a transmission bracket 36 and a transmission rod 40. Through minimizing the length of the screw shaft 35, the transmission bracket 36, and the transmission rod 40, the position of a lock member which a screw shaft 35 is brought into contact with and the screw force is directly applied to is arranged to be closer to a user in comparison with conventional prior art. As a result, transmission loss of the screw force can be reduced, enhancing accuracy and consistency for the fixing force with respect to the table can be improved.
