The system may include a flashlight for general illumination, and a manual selector for selecting among three modes of operation. In one mode, only the laser projectors operate.     Abstract: A slide for an automatic pistol includes a cavity, a housing in the cavity, a laser module at least partially received in the housing, a power source, circuitry, and a striker. The slide has a first mode in which it emits laser light and a second mode in which it does not emit laser light. The striker has a first position in which it does not cause the laser module to emit laser light. When the pistol's trigger is pulled, the pistol's firing pin contacts the striker and moves the striker backwards from the first position to a biased position. When the firing pin moves out of contact with the striker, the striker moves forward to a second position and causes the circuitry to transmit power from the power source to the laser module, which causes the laser module to emit laser light.

    Abstract: A non-lethal projectile comprises a carrier with a deployable payload to allow for effective performance at both long and short ranges. The non-lethal projectile is fired from a launcher. At a predetermined range, the carrier opens thereby deploying the payload. The payload may further comprise a drogue chute to reduce the kinetic energy of the payload to a non-lethal level. Alternatively, the inherent drag coefficient of the payload may enable sufficient reduction of kinetic energy without the need for a drogue chute. The deployed petals of the carrier serve as drag surfaces for the carrier, thereby reducing the kinetic energy of the carrier to a non-lethal level.

    Abstract: A pull-through applicator assembly for maintenance of a gun barrel. The pull-through applicator assembly is a unitary, disposable, and configured for easy manufacturing relative to conventional pull-through assemblies. The single-use aspect enables the fibrous body to be configured primarily for compliance to the internal geometry of the gun barrel (e.g., the grooves of the rifling) without need for considering the durability over multiple uses. Accordingly, enhanced contact with the internal geometry of the gun barrel is realized in the convenient form of a pull-through applicator that is disposable. The preferred embodiment also features a protective cover that distributes forces from the spring to more structurally sound areas of the magazine, thus reducing feed end splay, and an ammunition indication system comprised of at least one window and a noticeable marker on the follower spring. The follower and magazine casing are also designed to interface to prevent the follower from popping out of the feed end and the floor plate of the magazine utilizes a locking plate and sliding relationship between the floor plate, locking plate and magazine to secure the floor plate onto the magazine casing. The cover features built in tools for, among other things, unloading and disassembling the magazine.

The lock ring assembly may be a unified structure, wherein the entire lock ring assembly turns as a unit. In this embodiment, one or more ball detents in the lock ring assembly interact with notched threads on a proprietary die body. Alternatively, the lock ring assembly may be a two-part assembly that can be used with existing threaded dies with continuous un-notched threads. The die body, whether notched or not, may be used in any reloading application in standard presses, including cartridge sizing, crimping, bullet seating, or case mouth belling.
