    Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of systems and apparatuses that include a drinking vessel with a lid and locking cover. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a container and a lid, where the lid is configured to engage an opening of a container to retain the liquid within the container. The lid may further include a cover capable of moving between a first and second position, where the contents of the container are accessible in the lid's second position but not the lid's first position. The lid may further include an adjustable lock capable of movement between at least a closed position and an open position. When the adjustable lock is in its closed position, the lid's cover is not able to move between its first and second position. When the adjustable lock is in its open position, the lid's cover is able to move between it first and second position.

The top wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically hold a wrench at each station with the first magnet and the bottom wall of the flexible elongated strip is adapted to magnetically attach to different shaped ferrous surfaces with the second magnet. Alternatively, the top wall may include a plurality of flexible tabs for holding the wrenches by mechanical hold and friction fit. The holder may be flexed and twisted.

The standoffs may be oriented inwardly or outwardly. When oriented outwardly they create an interstitial air space that reduces conduction allowing the insulation effect of the liner and carton system to equal or exceed that of a molded polystyrene container of an equal size.
