Abstract: Systems and methods for electronic lesson management are provided. Some embodiments include creating a new lesson offering, receiving at least one characteristic for the new lesson offering, and predicting a desired roster for the new lesson offering, where the desired roster includes at least one student, and where the desired roster for the new lesson is predicted from the at least one characteristic. Some embodiments include sending an invitation to the at least one student to sign up for the new lesson.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing dynamically scrolling content within a vertically scrolling online publication is implemented by a content serving computing device in communication with a memory. The method includes retrieving a dynamically scrolling content item, receiving a set of display information related to a user computing device, and serving the dynamically scrolling content item within a slot of a vertically scrolling online publication presented at the user computing device, wherein the dynamically scrolling content item is served based partially on the set of display information, wherein the dynamically scrolling content item is configured to scroll horizontally in response to a first haptic input received by a user of the user computing device.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems and methods are described herein for separately collecting and storing form contents. Different information may be collected from a user on a form. Based on determining that portions of the form request a first type of information, an extended reality (XR) environment may be provided to the user. The user may provide the first type information via an input method in the XR environment. The user may provide a second type of information using a different input method outside of the XR environment. The first type of information may be processed and stored in a different database as compared to the second type of information. The database storing the first type of information may have a higher security standard than the database storing second type of information.

Abstract: A system for automatic permission management in different collaboration systems is described. The rights management system enabled with the present invention provides a “detection component” or “connector” that will identify the user who is sharing the protected document and list of recipients who need to be given access to it. The content sharing systems include but are not limited to shared local or network folders or messaging tools like email or chatting applications, and collaboration tools like SHAREPOINT, BOX, DROPBOX, GOOGLE DRIVE, etc. The permissions for users are added to the document/mail as and when it flows through different collaboration or distribution systems, thus enabling the business users to access the document without any disruption in their normal business workflow.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein that are capable of intelligently updating a collaboration site or a template that may be used to create a new collaboration site. The collaboration site or the template may be updated to include new features based on (e.g., based at least in part on) a likelihood that the new features will be valuable to users. The likelihood that new features will be valuable to the users may be determined (e.g., derived) using heuristics, machine learning, intelligent user experiences, and/or an understanding of user behavior gathered by a service that provides the collaboration site or the template. The likelihood may be compared to a likelihood threshold to determine whether the collaboration site or the template is to be updated. In accordance with this example, the update may be made if the likelihood is greater than or equal to the likelihood threshold.

Abstract: An incident prediction system and an incident prediction method are provided for predicting an incident. The system comprises a crowd detection interface for receiving a plurality of mobile device identifiers and an incident database wherein a plurality of weight factors is associated with a plurality of stored mobile device identifiers. The weights associated to mobile devices which were present at a site during a previous, historical incident are higher. The system further comprises a prediction subsystem configured for determining a total weight factor at a site to predict an occurrence of an incident. The system and the method may provide information on a composition of a crowd which may help to better prevent incidents from happening. As such, the provided system and method may enable a more effective prediction of incidents compare to currently available systems and methods.

Abstract: Systems and methods include based on detecting of interaction with an item in a list of individual standards criterion required by a program, displaying an edit details sub screen corresponding to a single individual standards criterion associated with the item in the list, and when a user save interaction with the edit details sub screen is detected, transmitting, over a network to a server, any new user input entered into the user input field, and updating or adding, by the server, program standards information to a database.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for creating digital flash cards that include links to content from one or more digital content sources, referred to herein as a flash card mode. The mode allows a user to create a digital flash card by selecting a portion of a digital content source and performing a create command. The created flash card includes at least two virtual sides and a first side of the flash card identifies the location of the selected portion of digital content. The location may be identified, for example, by a canonical fragment identifier (CFI). Text can then be entered for a second side of the flash card. Flash cards can be shared with other users, and because the flash cards only identify locations of content within digital content sources, the mode is well-suited to handle sources including digital rights management (DRM) protection, for example.

Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing a GUI customization tool for customizing a GUI template. The GUI can provide multiple customization options for altering the appearance of the GUI template. Template previews can be displayed in conjunction with the customization options. The template previews can represent different display platforms, such as a web browser, a desktop application, or a mobile device. The GUI customization tool can receive selections of the customization options. Upon receiving a selection, the GUI customization tool can update the template previews according to the selection made. The template previews can be updated in real time.

Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for managing vulnerability data are provided. A processor allows ingestion of vulnerability data from an external database into a local database which then makes the vulnerability data available for review via a graphical user interface (GUI). The processor also compares a risk score associated with each vulnerability included in the vulnerability data to a predefined threshold value; modifies, based on a determination that the risk score exceeds the predefined threshold value, the risk score by receiving user input via the GUI in accordance with risk information applicable to systems managed and operated by an organization; and updates a list of vulnerabilities of the vulnerability data stored in the local database by supplementing with the modified risk score without overwriting the risk score associated with each vulnerability initially received from the external database.

In response, the computer queries the third-party management database using the selected search string, returns a temporary variable associated with a supplier risk score, and receives a command to perform a decision step as part of a workflow.
