  • Patent number: 11599963
Abstract: A transport service system receives a ride request from a user device of the transport service, the ride request specifying information about a trip and selecting a direct dispatch pairing mode. The transport service system receives from the user device an input animation, the input animation acquired by the user device from a driver device. In one embodiment the input animation is a sequence of flashing colors. Based on the input animation, the transport service system identifies the driver device and transmits the received ride request to the identified driver device. The transport service system receives an acceptance from the driver device and pairs the driver device and the user device for the ride.

  • Patent number: 11599900
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method for automatically providing customized financial card incentives where the system can identify if a transaction is eligible for additional bonus rewards by determining if the user is a student using a clustering algorithm with user similarity data to generate a probability. Then, if the probability is above a predetermined threshold, a machine learning model with comprehensive user data classifies the user as a student or non-student. Once the user is determined to be a student, the transaction is verified as being an educational purchase using the transaction data or by having the user provide an image of a receipt. Once the transaction is verified, the transaction or items within the transaction qualify for additional rewards that are applied to the user's account. Users who are not identified as students may qualify for a standard amount of rewards.

  • Patent number: 11538058
Abstract: The systems and techniques described herein measure advertisement effectiveness of behavior-based outcomes (e.g., site visit, number of pages consumed, searches, online and offline transactions). The system implemented an automated model to measure the impact of exposures and impressions on outcomes using uses panel data, cookie-based data, and combinations thereof. The techniques use test and control approach to calculate effectiveness, where the test group are those exposed to a campaign and a control group who is not exposed. For those exposed, a running analysis of impressions (and other variables) in a pre period is used to determine behavior based outcomes over a set time period after that exposure. As a result, the automated model is able to generate metrics that show absolute and relative impacts on future behavior.

  • Patent number: 11494610
Abstract: To identify a target engagement sequence with a highest likelihood of realizing an opportunity, a target engagement sequence generator uses models (artificial recurrent neural network (RNN) and a hidden Markov model (HMM)) trained with historical time series data for a particular combination of values for opportunity characteristics. The trained RNN identifies a sequence of personas for realizing the opportunity described by the opportunity characteristics values. Data from regression analysis indicates key individuals for realizing an opportunity within each organizational classification that occurred within the historical data. The HMM identifies the importance of each persona in the sequence of personas with communicates to the key individuals. The resulting sequence of individuals indicates an optimal sequence of individuals and order for contacting those individuals in order to realize an opportunity.
