Abstract: Online tutorials for websites or software platforms can become out of date quickly once a website or platform has a minor update. Embodiments of the present invention fix this problem by automatically mapping website elements from the original tutorial to elements of the updated website by calculating and determining similar non-exact matches to those elements as the website changes. This gives designers of websites flexibility to perform maintenance and updates to their websites without regularly reprogramming their tutorials ensuring a higher accuracy of educational material for the end-user.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically providing item reviews. In some examples, a website provides a widget on a website allowing a customer to request an item review for an item. In response to the customer requesting the item review, a computing device determine whether suitable reviews for the item are available. If suitable reviews are available, the reviews are provided to the customer requesting the item review. If suitable reviews are not available, the computing device determines a set of customers to request item reviews for the item from, and provides item review requests to the determined set of customers. The computing device receives responses to the item review requests received from the set of customers, and provides an item review based on the received item review requests. In some examples, the website provides the item review to the customer requesting the item review.

Abstract: Application-manager software authenticates a user of a client device over a channel. The authentication operation is performed using a directory service. The application-manager software presents a plurality of applications in a GUI displayed by the client device. The plurality of applications depends on the authentication, the client device, and the channel. And the plurality of applications includes a thin application and a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application. The application-manager software receives a selection as to an application from the user. If the selection is for the SaaS application, the application-manager software provisions the SaaS application. The provision includes automatically logging the user onto an account with a provider of the SaaS application using a single sign-on and connecting the user to the account so that the user can interact with the SaaS application. If the selection is for the thin application, the application manager software launches the thin application.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, a neural network may be trained to associated context information with multimedia items. In some embodiments, context predictions for multimedia items may be obtained via a neural network. A first multimedia item and a first task related to a first context prediction for the first multimedia item may be presented on a user interface. A user response to the first task may be obtained via the user interface. Based on the user response to the first task, prediction feedback related to the first context prediction or the first multimedia item may be provided to the neural network to cause the neural network to be updated based on the prediction feedback.
