Abstract: A vacuum insulated appliance includes a cabinet with an outer wrapper and an inner liner coupled to the outer wrapper. A vacuum insulated cavity is defined between the outer wrapper and the inner liner. A trim breaker is coupled to the outer wrapper and the inner liner and seals the vacuum insulated cavity. An evacuation port is defined by the outer wrapper. An insulation powder is disposed in the vacuum insulated cavity. An open-cell foam is coupled to at least one of an inner surface of the outer wrapper and an inner surface of the inner liner. The open-cell foam defines a first plurality of pores that define a first plurality of airflow paths in fluid communication with the vacuum insulated cavity and the evacuation port for evacuating air from the vacuum insulated cavity, through the first plurality of airflow paths, and through the evacuation port.

Abstract: A work environment adjustment system includes multiple instances of controllable office equipment located within an office space, each instance associated with a specific office location and including an activator for controlling states of the instance, at least one presence sensor for detecting user presence within each space associated with each instance, and a master controller linked to each office equipment activator to control activation of each activator to control a current state of each instance. The master controller is programmed to perform the steps of receiving sensor signals from the at least a first presence sensor, determining user presence at each space associated with each instance, controlling states at each of the instances independent of user input when the space associated with the instance is vacant, and enabling user control of the state of each instance associated with a space that is occupied by a user.

Abstract: A pallet includes a deck and one or more leg-plank bridges that extend from the deck. The leg-plank bridges include one or more legs and a plank that extends between the legs. The legs and plank are integrally formed together and attached to the deck. The legs have one or more internal walls that define one or more cavities. Concrete fills the cavities of the legs located on a lead end of the pallet. The remaining cavities in the legs are filled with foam. The cavities in one version are wedge shaped. Other legs of the deck are filled entirely with foam.

Abstract: A molded plastic structure may comprise a tabletop with an upper surface and a lower surface. A lip may extend downwardly relative to the lower surface of the tabletop, and the lip may include an outer surface and an inner surface. An inwardly extending portion may extend inwardly from the inner surface of the lip. A frame may be connected to the tabletop and the frame may include a side rail of a frame. The side rail may include a receiving portion that receives the inwardly extending portion. The side rail may also include a portion that supports the lower surface of the tabletop and a portion that supports the lip.

Abstract: A cabinet including a door, a fastener, and a latch bracket is provided. The fastener is extending at least partially through an aperture in the door. The latch bracket is located on an internal surface of a door frame to secure the door to the door frame. A retainer washer is disposed around the fastener and disposed between the latch bracket and the door in order to retain the fastener when in a disengaged position.

The primary cavity may have a rear portion located between the first and second storage units and the rear end of the base. Abstract: A structure for securely mounting and protecting electronic devices within a housing or tank includes two supporting plates connected to two mounting pieces. The supporting plate defines a first hole, and the mounting piece defines a second hole. A fastener through the first hole and the second hole will position and hold the mounting piece on the supporting plate. The two mounting pieces position the electronic device. The mounting pieces are adjustable relative to the supporting plate, so the distance between two mounting pieces is fully adjustable to fit and hold electronic devices of different sizes. A tank or housing using the structure is also disclosed.

Abstract: A foldaway stepping stool apparatus includes a backplate attachable to a cabinet and a stepping stool mountable onto the backplate. The stepping stool is configurable into deployed and folded configurations. The stepping stool includes a platform, a pivotable front leg, a pivotable rear leg, a latch, and a bracket coupling the latch and the front leg. The latch operates to lock the stepping stool in the deployed configuration and to secure and free the bracket, enabling movement of the stepping stool between the deployed and folded configurations. The backplate includes a track for removably receiving the stepping stool. The track enables the stepping stool to slide in and out thereof to attach and detach, respectively, for use at the cabinet or away from the cabinet. The track further enables the stepping stool to slide therethrough to contact a floor to support the cabinet while the apparatus is mounted thereon.

Abstract: A foldable tray assembly configured for hanging on an exterior surface of a door. More particularly, the invention relates to a device configured to support and accept delivered items to facilitate a more hygienic mechanism for no contact delivery. The assembly is comprised of a hanger portion, a tray portion, and a cover portion configured for fitment together to form a cohesive and assembled device. The hanger portion is generally configured to allow for placement of the device along a vertical surface of a door the device is placed upon, the tray portion provides a resting surface for a delivered item, and the cover portion provides a protective enclosure. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a shelf and bracket system that comprises a shelf and a bracket assembly. In various embodiments, the bracket assembly comprises a main bracket bar, a plurality of support arms, and hardware for attaching each of the plurality of support arms to the main bracket bar. In addition, in various embodiments, each support arm is disposed adjacent a respective end of the main bracket bar and the respective first hardware for the support arm is configured such that, when disengaged, the support arm is configured to rotate between a shelf support position and a folded storage position so that when each of the plurality of support arms are in the folded storage position, the bracket assembly is substantially flat.

Abstract: Disclosed is a protective cabinet in the form of a moveable furniture unit that has structure to enable moving the furniture unit into a locked position in which it blocks a point of ingress of a would-be assailant, such as a door or window into a space. In certain configurations, the furniture unit includes protective, hardened material, such as a ballistic material that provides increased protection against fire from a weapon, such as may be encountered in an active shooter event. For example, the cabinet may be used on a daily basis inside of a classroom, and may be moved and locked into a position in front of a doorway, window, or other ingress or egress point of the classroom during an active shooter or other threat event to both block the ingress/egress point and provide ballistic protection against weapons fire from outside of the room.
