Abstract: In some embodiments, a method can comprise facilitating display on an electronic display of one or more available time slots available at a store to a user. In many embodiments, the method can further comprise receiving a selection over an electronic transmission system of a first time slot from the user, the one or more available time slots comprising the first time slot and receiving, in an electronic order cart, a selection of a plurality of items from the user. In some embodiments, the method can further comprise, after receiving the selection of the plurality of items from the user, determining that the plurality of items are available in a store inventory of the store.

Abstract: Provided herein is a system and method for determining a service agent start time objective for a customer contact and matching agents and customers based on meeting that objective. The method may include: receiving a customer contact to request service; determining a service completion objective for the customer contact based upon a service-level agreement; determining a handling time limit based on a historical elapsed handling time; and subtracting the handling time limit from the service completion objective, to produce the service agent start time.

Abstract: Offline consumer behavior and interactions are observed using beacons positioned at venues where consumers spend time and interact with each other. The beacons communicate with mobile computing devices that are carried by the observed consumers. The observed consumer behavior provides actionable insights into how consumers influence each other. For example, the people that a particular consumer spends time with form a “circle of influence” associated with that consumer. If the consumer makes a purchase, members of the circle of influence are observed to understand the degree to which they were influenced by the purchase, if at all. Metrics that quantify a consumer's influence over other consumers allow marketers to more effectively target both the influencing and influenced consumers. Also, if relatively little information is known about a particular consumer, that consumer's digital marketing profile can be supplemented using information known about the consumers with whom he/she often spends time.

Abstract: Approaches presented herein enable measuring an impact on performance metrics of shifting a performance focus based on an assignment of communications to a resource based on a performance area in a customer support environment. Specifically, resources, each with several performance area attributes, are assigned performance scores. A performance focus manager selects a shifting performance area of focus and assigns communications to the resources based on the selected performance area. A history manager maintains a set of feedback performance metrics in a selected performance category, including a subset of metrics establishing a baseline for the category. The feedback performance metrics may be queried to determine how a shift in performance focus impacts a performance category and if the performance metrics of the category are within a tolerance.

Abstract: An example includes one or more devices may include one or more memories and one or more processors, communicatively coupled with at least one of the one or more memories, to identify a service that is provided within a region; identify a model that is associated with the service, the model having been trained based on consumer profile data, service provider data, and historical information; determine a current demand associated with the service in the region; predict, using the model and based on the current demand associated with the service, a future demand for the service during a time period; determine a current capacity to provide the service based on real-time service provider information associated with service providers that are providing the service in the region; and perform an action associated with the service based on the future demand for the service and the current capacity to provide the service.

Abstract: A broker consumer gateway may interface with a service consumer of a computing device consuming at least one service of at least one service provider, including receiving requests for forms, providing the forms, and receiving submitted forms. A service delivery manager may deliver the at least one service. The service delivery manager may include a consumer session manager that creates at least one consumer session to execute at least a portion of the at least one service, a consumer instance manager that creates at least one instance of the at least one service, and a service coordinator configured to coordinate the delivery of the at least one service, based on a coordination model characterizing the at least one service in which the forms are associated with service states of the at least one service and in which transitions between the service states are executed based on the submitted forms.

Abstract: A processing system and method for nationwide commingling of mail items to increase efficiency and lower mailing costs includes a pre-sort facility which creates a first set of diverted mail items and a first set of associated data while a print and mail manufacture facility generates a second set of manufactured mail items and a second set of associated data and then receives the first set of diverted mail items and first set of associated data from the pre-sort facility and then commingles the first and second sets of mail items according to a predetermined set of commingling rules applied to the first and second sets of associated data to produce commingled mail items which reduces postal costs in mailing the commingled mail item.

Abstract: An online work management system provides a marketplace for multiple job owner and workers. The job owners provide a job description that defines task. The job description may be processed to generate task descriptions that may be published for workers' application. The task descriptions specify the qualification or restrictions for workers to have the task assigned. The online work management system also provides various functions supporting coordination and management of task assignment such as determining the trust level of the user's identity, search the tasks or workers, monitoring the progress of job, managing payment to workers, training and testing the workers, evaluating the review by the job owners, and generation of surveys.

Abstract: A command center provides ad-hoc search and navigation through different dimensional topic levels that allow users to better analyze and correlate data. The command center not only generates and displays content and metrics associated with an event, but can also generate and display real-time content and metrics for other topics, products, and/or services related to a currently displayed topic. The command center enables a user to navigate through the different dimensional levels simply by selecting items displayed by a remote control application. The command center also automatically synchronizes the content and metrics for any selected dimension to a same corresponding time period.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for time and location aware customer relationship management (CRM) is provided. A method for time and location aware CRM includes obtaining a location for a mobile computing device, forwarding the location to a CRM application, and responding to an identification of a contact in the CRM application that is proximate to the obtained location, by retrieving a related data record for the contact from the CRM application and by displaying the related record in the mobile computing device in a user interface for the CRM application. Further, a current time for the mobile computing device can be obtained and forwarded to the CRM application. Responsive to identifying a meeting in the CRM application that is scheduled proximate to the obtained time, a related data record for the meeting can be retrieved from the CRM application and displayed in the mobile computing device.

The ad orchestration server takes into account messages a user might have seen from the advertiser online which the ad server knows about through its tracking cookie, as well as other data about the user that is obtained using offline and other online methods.

Abstract: Systems and methods for centralized contest management are disclosed. In some embodiments, a computerized method comprises storing first videos associated with a first contest related to a first sponsor system, and second videos associated with a second contest related to a second sponsor system. Requests for videos may be received from the sponsor systems, and the corresponding videos may be provided to the sponsor systems for display on participant systems. Participant feedback associated with the videos may be received from the sponsor systems, and the videos may be scored based at least partially on the participant feedback. Winners of the respective contests may be determined, and the respective related sponsor system may be notified.

Abstract: A range of dates is selected. For each date of the range of dates, a daily task list is displayed listing at least a portion of tasks having a start date or a due date matching the date. A user selection determines whether the daily task list includes only tasks having the start date or the due date for each date in the range of dates, or includes any task completed on each date. Appointments for each date in the range of dates may be presented, and the daily task list for each date may be displayed beneath, above, or alongside the appointments, or as part of a to do list. The tasks each may be assigned a color code allowing a task to be visually associated with another task or other object to which the color code also has been assigned.

Abstract: This Application relates to a system and method for timely and accurate self-management by workers and employees of their own reporting of task related statistical data and information to their contractors and employers. This is a labor and service management system utilizing a “cloud based” server, and a portable “Smartphone” device that is in continual communication with the server by a wireless telecom service provider to the individual worker/employee, the effect being that each worker or employee has his or her own individual mobile GPS enabled “punch clock” device. Additionally, this system supports custom interfaces between the contractor/employer and the worker/employee, and a wealth of management information in custom report formats. Taken together, the hardware and software of the System create a worker self-management process, which generates, connects and transforms raw data and information for the benefit of both the worker/employee, and their contractor/employer.

A determination is made that a scheduling conflict exists between the future activity of the user and the current activity of the user. The determination is based on the schedule of the user, the interest level of the user, and the duration of the current activity. A first notification is sent to the user.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide systems and methods for a team-based approach to skills-based agent assignment in task routing systems. According to one embodiment, performing skills-based task assignments in a task routing system can comprise identifying a team of agents. The team of agents can comprise a plurality of agents handling a currently assigned task but expected to become available for assignment of a new task. Each agent of the team of agents can be earmarked to one of a plurality of new tasks selected from a queue of tasks. At some point, one of the agents of the team can be detected as being available and the agent detected as being available can be assigned to one of the plurality of new tasks based at least in part on consideration of the earmarking of the agents of the team to the plurality of new tasks.

Abstract: An online survey platform and process for routing respondents who are attempting to take a survey from a mobile device to mobile-friendly surveys, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the survey platform. A survey platform embodying features of the present invention comprises a plurality of online surveys hosted on the survey platform. When a respondent enters the survey platform for the purpose of taking an online survey, the survey platform will access the respondent's device information and prepare a list of available surveys. The survey platform will then determine whether the survey's mobile conversion delta meets the panel supplier's threshold requirements and, if so, route the respondent to one of the qualified surveys.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for evaluating a validity of an extended status and action management (SAM) schema. In some implementations, actions include receiving the extended SAM schema, the extended SAM schema being an extension of a core SAM schema, providing one or more goals, goals representing an intention of the core SAM schema, receiving one or more action chains, action chains representing one or more actions of the extended SAM schema that are to be automatically executed, the one or more actions being associated with triggerability flags, a triggerability flag indicating whether a respective action is only triggerable using a respective action chain, and processing the one or more goals, the one or more action chains and the triggerability flags using a computer-executable model checking tool for evaluating the validity of the extended SAM schema.

Multiple sets of statistical results are received, wherein each of the sets of statistical results are ordered according to interestingness. Insights are generated based on the multiple sets of statistical results. Relationships between the generated insights are identified. An executive summary is generated with a set of findings based on the identified relationships. An interactive visualization is provided with the generated insights based on the executive summary.

Abstract: A system and method for presenting information that evaluates a decision to allocate an asset are presented. In example embodiments, the method includes receiving an allocation request from a user to allocate an asset to a request location, matching the request with the asset to be allocated, determining a benefit score and a detriment score associated with the allocation and presenting the level of benefit and the level of detriment to the user. In example embodiments, the method further includes receiving a user action to confirm the allocation of an asset and adjusting a schedule to reflect the allocation. In example embodiments, the method further includes displaying an alert notification based on the scheduled availability of an asset type compared to the historic demand for that asset type.
