Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for providing an improved three-dimensional graphical user interface. In one embodiment, the method generally comprises: receiving an input from an end user, and capturing computing output from at least one computer source in response to the received end-user input. The computing output can be presented as two or more objects within a three-dimensional virtual space displayed to the end user. In one embodiment, the method further comprises generating a timeline that includes an icon for each object presented within the virtual space. In another embodiment, the method further comprises providing a database for storing and categorizing data regarding each object presented within the virtual space.

Abstract: A communication apparatus and display method are capable of displaying one frame of a plurality of frames, and displaying automatically an appropriate frame for a user in the case that there are changes in display contents. A display part displays screen data while enlarging a frame which is specified by the user and is included in Web data including a plurality of frames received by a data communicating part. While the screen data of the frame specified by the user is displayed, a frame configuration management part judges that changes took place in display contents of other frames that are not displayed. A data processing part performs data processing so as to cause all frames included in the received Web data to be displayed on the display part when it is judged that the changes took place in the display contents.

Abstract: Methods and systems to include transformation nodes in a business system are provided. A transformation node may provide controlled redundancy of data within the business object hierarchy. Transformation nodes may store data from core nodes without persistency, and permit different data presentation modes than for the core nodes. When a service call is placed to a transformation node, the transformation node may call corresponding services from associated core nodes.

An editor application is controlled by the processor means communicates with said predictive editor programs for generating matching words based on an ambiguous string of key strokes. Second memory means of the communication terminal for storing user inputted data. The processor means automatically searches said second memory means for words and copies these words into said at least one dictionary for receiving user defined inputs and associated with said predictive editor program.

Abstract: On a device having keys with multiple values, a user may perform either an iterative directory filtering operation or a direct-dial operation, without specifying which of the operations is intended. The invention determines which of the operations the user intends by analyzing the entered keystrokes, and activates the appropriate feedback and functionality for the determined operation. The user interface system displays the search result in a cluster/view form using a cluster panel and a view panel. The cluster panel contains a cluster area for each cluster. When a user selects a cluster area from the cluster panel, the user interface system displays a list view of thumbnails for that cluster in the view panel.
