Abstract: A method and workstation for generating a transcript of a conversation between a patient and a healthcare practitioner is disclosed. A workstation is provided with a tool for rendering of an audio recording of the conversation and generating a display of a transcript of the audio recording using a speech-to-text engine, thereby enabling inspection of the accuracy of conversion of speech to text. A tool is provided for scrolling through the transcript and rendering the portion of the audio according to the position of the scrolling. There is a highlighting in the transcript of words or phrases spoken by the patient relating to symptoms, medications or other medically relevant concepts. Additionally, there is provided a set of transcript supplement tools enabling editing of specific portions of the transcript based on the content of the corresponding portion of audio recording.

Abstract: A present invention embodiment detects changes between documents. A machine learning classifier is trained with one or more sections within an initial document to learn classifications for the sections. The one or more sections of the initial document serve as the classifications. One or more second sections of a second document are applied to the machine learning classifier to classify the one or more second sections. The one or more second sections are mapped to the one or more sections of the initial document based on the classification of the one or more second sections.

Abstract: A method for automatically selecting a machine learning algorithm and tuning hyperparameters of the machine learning algorithm includes receiving a dataset and a machine learning task from a user. Execution of a plurality of instantiations of different automated machine learning frameworks on the machine learning task are controlled each as a separate arm in consideration of available computational resources and time budget, whereby, during the execution by the separate arms, a plurality of machine learning models are trained and performance scores of the plurality of trained models are computed. One or more of the plurality of trained models are selected for the machine learning task based on the performance scores.

Abstract: An approach is provided that automatically computes a number of feature combinations based on a set of subject matter fields that are selected from a set of subject matter fields and further based on qualifiers that correspond to the selected set of subject matter fields. A model in an artificial intelligence (AI) system is then trained using the computed plurality of feature combinations.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for allowing a user to view query results associated with a time range that is different from a time range indicated by a query. For example, a user interface (UI) data manager can receive a request for a panel of a workbook with a query that identifies the first time range. The UI data manager can obtain the panel, including the query and query results, and cause display of a panel view corresponding to the panel. The displayed query results may not correspond to the same time range as the literal time range indicated by the query. Rather, the query results may be the query results generated during an earlier time range that corresponds to the last time the query was run.

Abstract: A system and methods comprise a touchscreen at a premises. The touchscreen includes a processor coupled to a security system at the premises. User interfaces are presented via the touchscreen and include a security interface that provides control of functions of and access to data collected by the security system, and a network interface that provides access to network devices. A plurality of network devices at the premises is coupled to the touchscreen. A security server at a remote location is coupled to the touchscreen. The security server comprises a client interface through which remote client devices exchange data with the touchscreen and the security system. The client interface is a cross-client interface provided by a client view model of at least one of the touchscreen and the security server that normalizes information of the plurality of network devices and the security system.

Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device that includes a display that outputs execution screens of a plurality of applications, a memory that stores the plurality of applications, and a processor electrically connected with the display and the memory. The processor retrieves a history of one or more applications among the plurality of applications that were previously executed in the electronic device, in response to a user input detected by the electronic device and outputs the history on the display based on information about the one or more applications and information about layouts of execution screens of the one or more applications. If at least one of the one or more applications is selected from the history, the processor outputs an execution screen of the selected application on the display according to the corresponding layout.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include methods, systems, and articles of manufacture for enabling beta testing of new features within a native application. In one embodiment, a native application executed by a client device may include executable instructions that are activated and executed only upon indication of a user belonging to a beta test group. The client device may receive a signal from a service or content provider that includes test group information indicating whether a user is a member of a test group. The client device may process the received signal to determine whether the user is a member of a test group and, if so, activates and executes certain instructions received as part of the native application that define a user interface enabling access to additional functionality unavailable to a user determined not to be a member of a test group.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to tracking user engagement with an interface. In one aspect, interaction of a user with a user interface can be detected and, in response to such interaction, it can be determined if the user interface was updated. In a scenario in which it is determined that the user interface was updated, an impression metric indicative of engagement of the user with the user interface can be updated. The updated metric can permit the tracking of user engagement.

Abstract: A method including determining a preferred communication channel. The method can include retrieving, from a user database, subscription data for a user. The method further can include determining a preferred communication channel by: (a) determining a respective normalized propensity score for each of subscribed communication channels; and (b) determining the preferred communication channel from among the subscribed communication channels based on the respective normalized propensity score. Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for providing user-specific applications on a shared user device. The user device can receive a first instance of an application having a Package ID that includes an identification of a first user. When the first user is logged in, the user device can display an icon associated with the first instance of the application, based on the Package ID including an identification of the first user. When the first user is not logged in, the user device can hide the first instance of the application. When a second user is logged in, the device can display a second instance of the application based on the Package ID of the second instance including an identification of the second user. The user device can also display the same instance of a shared application to both the first and second user.

Abstract: An electronic device, displays, via a display device, a first user interface that includes content of a first application, including, as a state of the first application changes, updating the content of the first application displayed in the first user interface. Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a system of controlling a dental laser system. The system can include a dental laser and a control system for controlling certain functions of the dental laser. A graphical user interface can be used to provide input to the control system. The graphical user interface can include a first display and an second display with selectable segments, and a menu navigation portion located adjacent the second display. Treatment categories, procedures or laser control options can be selected using the interface, and the interface can be updated based on data from the station.

Abstract: A packaging system and method includes an immersive reality system that renders a 3D representation of an item to be shipped and the shipping box in which the item is to be shipped. A server includes a database of items and item data and shipping box data, which is used to produce a 3D representation of the item and the shipping box. A GUI exhibits the items such that a user may selectively view, select, and/or manipulate the items. A computer enables a user to query the server to ship a selected item. A network node transmits selected item data and shipping box data to the immersive reality system. The 3D representations include position and orientation data enabling manipulation of the 3D representation of the selected item relative to the 3D representation of the shipping box into a desired position. The system ships the selected item in the desired position.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs stored on computer-readable media, for retrieving relevant information content while typing are disclosed. Upon identifying text being entered by a user into a text field of a typing-enabled application, one or more keywords may be determined that match the text. The matching keywords may be presented for selection. Upon receiving a selection of a keyword, an information card related to the selected keyword may be retrieved and presented. In addition to presenting the information card, information content associated with the information card may be inserted into the text field of the typing-enabled application.

Abstract: A control application of a media playback system controls playback of media content by a media playback system. The application receives, from a media streaming service, a page object that identifies (i) a page format identifier, (ii) page content data, (iii) a set of page elements, and (iv) a respective element format identifier for each page element of the set of page elements. The application determines a first set of formatting rules using the page format identifier and displays a corresponding page that includes the page content data formatted using the first set of formatting rules. The application asynchronously receives media content data identifying media content available for streaming. Based on a respective element format identifier of the page element associated with the media content data, the application determines a second set of formatting rules, which the application uses to update the displayed page to display the media content data.
