The clamp further includes a threaded rod extending upwardly relative to the body portion at an angle to the horizontal of between 45° and 60°. A battery pull bar extends from one side wall to the opposite side wall of the body portion. A wedge-shaped element abuts one side wall of the body portion. Together with the battery pull bar, the wedge-shaped element alternately effects a reduction in, or increase in, the size of the intermediate aperture.

Abstract: A connector terminal is provided which has a first connecting portion that is tubular, in one side, and a second connecting portion in the other side, which further has a coupling portion that couples between the first and second connecting portions, and that is higher in impedance than the first connecting portion, and in which the trouble of providing impedance matching between the first connecting portion and the coupling portion is reduced. The connector terminal includes an impedance adjusting member that overlaps at least a first side part of the coupling portion. The impedance adjusting member is fixed in a state where one end portion of the impedance adjusting member is inserted into the body portion.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an atomizer for an electronic cigarette. The atomizer includes a housing, a sealing cover, a mouthpiece, an atomizing device, and an air pipe. The housing has a first end and a second end. The housing defines a liquid chamber configured for containing tobacco liquid. The atomizing device is configured for atomizing the tobacco liquid to form aerosol. The first end defines a liquid filling opening in communication with the liquid chamber. When the sealing cover is connected with the first end, the sealing cover seals the liquid filling opening. The sealing cover defines an air inlet. The air pipe and the liquid chamber cooperatively define an annular air passage in communication with the air inlet, so that external air can enter the air inlet and reach the atomizing device through the air passage, and then together with the aerosol can be expelled via the mouthpiece.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes a metallic shell structure having a port, an insulation housing disposed in the metallic shell structure, a shielding plate disposed inside the insulation housing, and two rows of conductive terminal sets disposed on the insulation housing with each on two opposing sides of the shielding plate. A conductive contact portion is formed around the port by the metallic shell structure. Therefore, as the electrical connector is assembled with an external device, the conductive contact portion can be in contact with the external device. Hence, a grounding effect is achieved, and an electromagnetic compatibility is improved.

Abstract: Previously available multiport connector pairings that use floating devices typically include relatively generous lead-in chamfers surrounding receiving ports in order to facilitate blind mating. As port density increases there is less room for lead-in chamfers, and in turn, blind mating becomes more challenging. By contrast, various implementations disclosed herein include multiport connection arrangements that include a floating connection device at least partially included within a port, and a radial centering mechanism arranged in combination with the floating connection device. The radial centering mechanism imparts a force that biases the floating connection device along the axis of the port. In some implementations, the radial centering mechanism imparts a substantially balanced axial force in order to bias the floating connection device. In some implementations, the radial centering mechanism imparts a substantially radial force in order to bias the floating connection device.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include devices and methods pertaining to medical lead connectors. According to various embodiments of the disclosed technology, disclosed is a lead connector that may include a base member; a flexible circuit configured to support electrical connections; and a casing that includes a bottom casing and a detachable cover member to be placed on top of the bottom casing. The bottom casing may include an array of slot openings to provide access to a surface of the flexible circuit and the lead connector may also include an array of electrode contacts positioned on top of the slot openings. Furthermore, a lead may be configured to be inserted through the lead connector via an opening on both ends of the cover member, wherein the lead pushes the ball contacts downward allowing the ball contacts to make electrical contact with the flexible circuit through the slot opening of the bottom casing.
