Abstract: A word game system for playing multiple word games and its corresponding play methods are disclosed. The game system and the multiple word games are all based on the word scramble process—constantly and dynamically scrambling the playing pieces to form words by all the players all the time, hence extremely stimulating and entertaining. The game system and its specific set of playing pieces with proper ranking distribution, value point assignments, math function selections and incorporation of wild playing pieces support a host of brain stimulating games including Scramble Word, Scramble Poker and Scramble Ma-Jong. These word games are playable in English and other languages and playable as board, computer, broadcasting as well as board-less games.
Abstract: A transaction product includes a first cover panel, a second cover panel, and an intermediate sheet, and an account identifier. The intermediate sheet transitions between a collapsed and an extended position and defines fold lines dividing the intermediate sheet into sections. Abstract: A realistic professional team sports board game, including an On-The-Roll mechanism where, once play begins, real time play continues, generally against a clock, opposing teams continue to roll dice continuing sub-play actions or elements, until a play is completed, as by a touchdown, tackle and a series of rules and charts, based on statistical compilation that maps various combinations of offensive and defensive strategies and dice rolls into realistic game situations and the progression among them. Both teams: secretly choose a strategy, generally by selecting a card placed face down; roll dice; reveal strategy choices by turning cards face up; determine a situation chart to consult, and further determine which result is selected from within the chart, based on some combination of which cards were played and the results of the dice rolls. A variety of play cards affect the overall game momentum of either team.
Abstract: A game board has a grid of playable points with some of the playable points bearing indicia. At least two tokens are provided for moving along the grid and at least two display panels are provided, each having areas for showing indicators of the indicia. If a token ends a move on one of the indicia bearing playable points, the player receives an indicator of the indicia and shows this indicator on one of the areas of said player's display panel. Movement may be along adjacent playable points in any available direction in either a straight line path or along a path that comprises two straight line segments that make an angle with each other.

Abstract: A gaming apparatus including a top surface and four side walls connected each other and to the top, the top having a game surface such as a 64 block checkerboard pattern of a first and second color, the game surface having cutouts; eight rods running crossways under the top surface and attached to two side walls; multiple rollers accessible to a player through the cutouts in the top surface. Preferably the game surface is angled on two opposing sides of each cutout to aid in rotation of the rollers underneath the game surface. Abstract: A board game incorporating binary conversions to entertain and educate players, comprising a multi-tiered playing field, a plurality of counters, of control pads, and playing cards. The playing field comprises a plurality of rooms, doors, roof hatches, and lights. Players enter the values from the playing cards into the control pads. The control pads electronically communicate with the counters to display the binary conversions. Based on the binary conversions, the lights on the playing field indicate which doors and roof hatches are opened or closed allowing players to navigate through the playing field. The winning player wins by being the first player to exit the playing field. It is contemplated that the board game can extend to computer games, video games, theme parks or other similar gaming opportunities wherein players can compete to navigate through and be the first to exit the playing field.
Abstract: A three-dimensional tic-tac-toe game including a game board having a plurality of modules adapted to be interconnected to one another, a plurality of X-shaped game pieces, and a plurality of O-shaped pieces. Each of the X-shaped game pieces and O-shaped pieces includes protrusions at one end and recesses in an opposite end. Each of the modules includes recesses. The protrusions of each of the X-shaped and O-shaped pieces are adapted to engage the recesses of the modules, as well as the recesses of other X-shaped or O-shaped pieces. The X-shaped and O-shaped pieces may be stacked on top of one another for three-dimensional game play. Alternately, the modules and the X-shaped and O-shaped pieces include magnets to engage one another.

Abstract: A double-sided transparent plastic tessellated jigsaw puzzle and a method of making the same are disclosed. The puzzle is formed of a pair of clear acrylic sheets having a thickness of about 0.060 inches. Images are subsurface printed on one side of each sheet and the sheets are laminated together with a pressure-sensitive adhesive with the images in confronting relation. The laminated sheet is laser cut to form a puzzle that has a plurality of tessellations. The tessellations or sets of tessellations are formed as identically shaped pieces that can be located in the puzzle in several different ways.
Abstract: A handheld device for golfers is disclosed which determines the slope from a golf ball's location on the golf course to the cup or pin on a green. The device includes: a housing; a sight mounted on the housing for aiming the device at the flag of the pin; a tilt sensor for measuring the slope or tilt of the aimed device; a display wheel cooperating with the tilt sensor for indicating the slope or tilt of the aimed device; and, a chart affixed to the housing including actual ball to cup distances, slope indications and yardage adjustments which are added to or subtracted from the actual distances to enable the golfer to estimate the effective shot distance of the ball to the cup. A software application is also disclosed for estimating the effective shot distance of a golf ball to a target on a handheld device such as a smart phone.
Abstract: A game system for use with an object tossing game board such as a cornhole game board is disclosed for simulating a sport. The game system includes a plurality of playing cards so that one of at least a first player and a second player draws one of the plurality of cards during a player turn, each of the plurality of playing cards having tossing instruction information including identification of an award representing an activity involved in the sport and identification of an attempt number representing a number of tosses in which one of the first player and the second player has to successfully toss the object to the object tossing game board during the player turn to obtain the award.

The sleeping bag comprises a folded and zipperable blanket having familiar design aspects, wherein within the interior of the bag is a removable blanket liner. The blanket comprises a board game design on its surface such that it can be removed from the bag and utilized as a game board, wherein the blanket otherwise attaches along the interior surface of the bag. A securable pouch within the sleeping bag is provided for containing compressible or flexible game pieces associated with the given game board, while the exterior of the bag may be adorned in a logo illustrating the exact game or games stored within the bag.
Abstract: A game includes an adversarial figure with at least two portions that cooperatively present a figure-holding chamber. A captured figure is removably positioned in the chamber and operable to enter and exit the chamber. The holding figure also has a latch assembly that holds the portions in a closed condition where figure ingress and egress is restricted. The latch assembly can be shifted to open the portions and permit figure ingress and egress to and from the chamber. The game has an objective of freeing the captured figure from within the chamber by having a player position a rescuing figure in a game area, and releasing the captured figure from control of the holding figure as a result of a releasing act of the rescuing figure.
