Abstract: Methods and computing systems for sharing content between related devices in a cellular network are described. A first device receives content from an external content source via a wireless connection, and causes presentation of the content on an output device of the first device. The first device retrieves information for one or more related devices that utilize the same telephone number the first device for sending and receiving at least cellular communications via the cellular network. The first device enables sharing of the content with at least one related device of the one or more related devices.
Abstract: A communication technique of fusing a fifth generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data transmission rate beyond a fourth generation (4G) system with an Internet of things (IoT) technology and a system thereof are provided. The communication technique may be used for an intelligent service (for example, a smart home, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car or a connected car, health care, digital education, a retail business, a security and safety related service, or the like) based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT related technology. A method for defining media access control (MAC) sub-header structures suitable for a next generation mobile communication system and applying the MAC sub-header structures to provide a high data transmission rate and a low latency in the next generation mobile communication system is provided.

Abstract: According to one configuration, an access point control resource receives channel allocation information indicating a change to allocation of channels in a wireless band currently used by multiple wireless access points to communicate with multiple communication devices in a network. The access point control resource uses the channel allocation information to identify a particular wireless channel (such as a de-allocated wireless channel) to be terminated from use by the multiple wireless access points. In accordance with the channel allocation information, when vacating use of the de-allocated channel, the access point control resource controls an order of terminating use of the particular wireless channel by the multiple wireless access points.

Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, computer readable media, and other various embodiments are described for location management processes in wearable electronic devices. One embodiment involves pairing a client device with a wearable device, capturing a first client location fix at a first time using the first application and location circuitry of the client device. The client device then receives content from the wearable device, where the content is associated with a content capture time and location state data. The client device then updates a location based on the available data to reconcile the different sets of location data. In some embodiments, additional sensor data, such as data from an accelerometer, is used is used to determine which location data is more accurate for certain content.

In response to determining that the location of the mobile device is within the threshold proximity, the method further includes determining a first set of environmental factors associated with a physical environment of the paired smart speaker based on data associated with the mobile device, the paired smart speaker, and the corresponding operating environment. The method further includes determining whether to transfer the audio-related task from the mobile device to the paired smart speaker based on analyzing of the first set of environmental factors in comparison to user preferences.

Abstract: An artificial intelligence IP-PBX system with mobile value-added services collaboratively operates a cloud server, an IP-PBX, and a master application (APP). Abstract: An authentication method includes: receiving, by an authentication server, a second request from a terminal requesting to access a redirection address. The second request carries hardware information of the terminal, and the redirection address is obtained by the terminal from a proxy server in response to the terminal initiating a first request to a to-be-accessed address. The authentication server generates a first identification parameter according to the hardware information, and sends the first identification parameter to the terminal. The terminal initiates a third request used for authentication to the proxy server according to the first identification parameter. The authentication server receives a fourth request from the proxy server to verify validity of the first identification parameter, and informs the proxy server that the authentication request is approved when verification of the first identification parameter succeeds.

Abstract: A method for loading a subscription into an embedded security element of a system configured on a chip of a mobile end device, wherein the system comprises an application processor, a non-volatile memory and a secure processor. The application processor and the secure processor can access the non-volatile memory via a bus. In the process, the subscription is loaded by a provisioning service into the non-volatile memory, so that the secure processor can load the subscription from the memory and execute it. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, services, and platforms for prompting a user to respond to an offer on a mobile device. The disclosure enables Mobile Network Operators to create campaigns to target customers who are nearing the limit of their data plans, voice plans, SMS plans, and MMS plans. In some embodiments, the cloud server interacts with a client application to prompt the use of a mobile device to respond to an offer send in a campaign. The disclosure also provides embodiments to check to see if the user has opted out of receiving offers, or if a device can not execute a command, or if a threshold number of offers has already been sent. This disclosure also provides embodiments for authenticating third party account log-in.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for efficiently communicating network connectivity information in a communications system are described. Two types of signals with different characteristics, e.g., long range synchronous beacons, e.g., LTE-D beacons, and short range asynchronous beacons, e.g., WiFi beacons, are used in combination to advertise network connectivity information and accelerate the acquisition of a routing path for a communications device to a device serving as a gateway for a infrastructure network. Reception of a first type signal triggers monitoring for a second type signal, and a received second type signal communicates information used to determine a communications path to a gateway device.
