Users are able to more readily perform cross-application and/or cross-entity operations via, for example, the operating system of a computing device without needing to engage with as many entities (or applications thereof). Tile overlay operations may be managed and reviewed via an application.

An example implementation may includes causing a touch-screen graphical display to display a control interface comprising (i) a first tab and a second tab separated by a first distance, (ii) a first information window at a position between the first tab and the second tab, the displayed first information window not overlapping the first tab and the second tab, and (iii) content associated with the first tab in the first information window. The implementation further involves receiving, via the touch-screen graphical display, data representing a touch input on the touch-screen graphical display, and in response to the touch input, modifying the displayed control interface to (a) display the first tab and the second tab separated by a second distance shorter than the first distance (b) no longer display the first information window.

Abstract: A method includes receiving information associated with one or more first alarms in a first control system and generating a graphical user interface containing information associated with a second control system. Abstract: Aspects described herein are directed to the redirection of web content from a virtual desktop session on a remote computing device to a client computing device for rendering. A virtual delivery agent on the remote computing device may remote a web browser instance to a receiver on a client computing device. The virtual delivery agent may receive, from the remoted browser instance on client computing device, a uniform resource locator (URL). Based on the URL, the virtual delivery agent on the remote computing device may terminate loading of page content associated with the URL on the remote computing device. The virtual delivery agent may instruct the client computing device to render the page content in an overlaid position corresponding to the remoted web browser instance on the receiver of the client computing device.

An example apparatus includes a vehicle interface configured to transmit one or more instructions to an adaptor connected to a vehicle and retrieve an indication of one or more diagnostic trouble codes from the adaptor. The apparatus includes a communication module configured to transmit the diagnostic trouble codes to a remote server along with a user identifier or a vehicle identification number, and receive repair information from the remote server. Abstract: This document describes techniques for suggesting actions based on machine learning. These techniques determine a task that a user desires to perform, and presents a user interface through which to perform the task. To determine this task, the techniques can analyze content displayed on the user device or analyze contexts of the user and user device. With this determined task, the techniques determine an action that may assist the user in performing the task. This action is further determined to be performable through analysis of functionalities of an application, which may or may not be executing or installed on the user device. With some subset of the application's functionalities determined, the techniques presents the subset of functionalities via the user interface. By so doing, the techniques enable a user to complete a task more easily, quickly, or using fewer computing resources.
