The grill has a plurality of central wires. The central wires extend between the front wire and the rear wire and between and parallel with the side wires. The grill has support wires extending between the front and rear wires adjacent to and parallel with each side wire. Each support wire has downwardly extending bends forming legs positioned on the bottom of the pan. The grill has transverse wires with ends coupled to the side wires. Each wire is formed of aluminum foil in a spiral cross sectional configuration.

    Abstract: A high efficiency laminar flow burner system for proving a stream of heat energy including a supply input module for providing fuel and laminar streams of air to a combustion manifold. The combustion manifold includes an air-fuel mixing system, a stoichiometric unit, and a refractory unit each coupled to one another. A first combustion stream is established at the air-fuel mixing chamber system as fuel exits an injector device at direction perpendicular to the laminar air intake stream. A laminar air intake stream traveling from the supply input module and along the staging passageway passes through a stoichiometric unit body at a plurality of air intakes to meet with the first combustion stream within to define a second combustion stream for introduction from the stoichiometric unit to the refractory unit. The refractory unit thus defines a third combustion stream as the second combustion stream travels across a refractory passageway.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a metal ferrite oxygen carrier for the chemical looping combustion of solid carbonaceous fuels, such as coal, coke, coal and biomass char, and the like. The metal ferrite oxygen carrier comprises MFexOy on an inert support, where MFexOy is a chemical composition and M is one of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Co, Mn, and combinations thereof. For example, MFexOy may be one of MgFe2O4, CaFe2O4, SrFe2O4, BaFe2O4, CoFe2O4, MnFeO3, and combinations thereof. The MFexOy is supported on an inert support. The inert support disperses the MFexOy oxides to avoid agglomeration and improve performance stability. In an embodiment, the inert support comprises from about 5 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of the metal ferrite oxygen carrier and the MFexOy comprises at least 30 wt. % of the metal ferrite oxygen carrier. The metal ferrite oxygen carriers disclosed display improved reduction rates over Fe2O3, and improved oxidation rates over CuO.

Oxygen can be heated by a combustion of fuel gas; and high-temperature and high-speed oxygen can directly ignite carbonaceous materials such as coal-water slurry and coke-oven gas. The present invention can be applied in a gasifier and then in the final process of synthesis gas preparation.
