Abstract: A system for managing and updating an internal product catalog, including an internal product catalog database, at least one external product catalog database, and an application program interface. The internal product catalog database includes a plurality of existing item files in which each existing item file is associated with a product and includes at least one attribute of the product. The at least one external product catalog database includes a plurality of external item files in which each external item file is associated with a product and includes at least one attribute of the product. The application program interface is communicatively coupled with the internal product catalog database and the at least one external product catalog database. The application program interface is configured to accept a user search request to search for a new product in which the user search request includes at least one attribute of the new product.

Abstract: In one aspect, a method is provided for managing events which includes receiving a host request, through a host access terminal, the host request comprising one or more event constraints that at least partially define an event. The method also includes searching a database of service proposals to locate at least one service proposal complying with one or more of the event constraints; transmitting the at least one service proposal to the host access terminal; receiving at least one service proposal acceptance from the host terminal; and receiving client access details of one or more clients. Once client access details are received, a token is generated for each client, the token being for accessing one or more accepted service proposals and an event request is transmitted to each of the one or more client terminals, each event request comprising the requisite token.

Abstract: A delivery service (DS) computing device for item purchase and delivery is provided. The DS computing device displays a searchable interface that enables a user to select at least one merchant. The DS computing device receives at least one selected merchant location from the user, displays item data of the at least one selected merchant location, and receives cart data from the user. The DS computing device receives, from the user, a selection of a selected carrier, and transmits the cart data to the selected carrier. The DS computing device generates a secure virtual account number for the selected carrier. The secure virtual account number provides access to purchase funds for use, by the selected carrier, in purchasing the selected item. The DS computing device processes a payment transaction for the at least one selected item that includes the purchase funds and a delivery service fee.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments relating to generating media item recommendations based upon determining a beats per minute value. A media recommendation application determines a beats per minute value based upon a pacing measurement of the user. The media recommendation application then identifies one or more media item having a beats per minute that is similar to the beats per minute value. The media recommendation application then identifies a subset of the media item candidates to surface as recommendations for the user.

Abstract: A product purchase guidance system may include a user device to permit selection of an influencer. A purchase guidance server may include a memory to store personalized influencer media content of a respective suggested product purchase list associated with each of the influencers and retailer store layouts, and a processor coupled to the memory to determine an identity of the selected influencer from the user device and determine a geographic location of the user device. The processor may also determine a corresponding retailer store layout based upon the geographic location and determine an in-store position of the user device. The processor may also communicate the personalized influencer media content corresponding to the selected influencer and for a given suggested product based upon the determined retailer store layout and in-store position so that the user device outputs the personalized media content for the given suggested product.

Abstract: The invention is incorporated into an interactive web data seller widget that enables any ecommerce site to provide access to and from large, remotely stored databases to its web visitors and for those visitors to prospect/filter within the databases, for example both via geographic and demographic criteria. Users can find, for example, appropriate geographic and demographic matches to any applicable search criteria. Additionally the invention enables the web visitor to order as a deliverable subset of the remotely stored database a detailed list of the required database subset and for the ecommerce site to sell that data subset to the visitor via a web shopping cart and checkout process. And the invention enables the web visitor to preview the selected subset of data from any database prior to placing an order for the same.

Abstract: A user interface operated via at least one consumer computing device, a database, and at least one host computer processor, provide an electronic commerce (eCommerce) environment for secured transactions between consumer and vendor members subscribed to the environment. Digital product images are scaled into digital images of environments of intended use for virtual reality observation. Tags to product representations or other features of media performance transmissions are scanned by consumer members for product purchasing, saving for later purchase, and/or sharing with other consumers (e.g. via social networks). Consumers create their own consumer product store with an inventory of items saved within the environment database for later purchasing or sharing. Original vendors initially providing items saved by consumers are rewarded commissions if later purchased from other vendors.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing a public perspective of an entity by analyzing online posts and automatically performing actions in response to these online posts are described herein. Real-time feeds of online posts may be streamed from social media servers. Online posts that are determined to be related to the entity may be extracted from the feeds and accumulated for analysis. A sentiment analysis may be performed on the online posts to determine the public perspective toward the entity. Content of the online posts may be analyzed to determine whether it is related to a prohibited transaction or an inquiry for a product or a service offered by the entity. Actions may be automatically performed to prevent the prohibited transaction from occurring. Resources related to the product or the service may be offered in response to the online post.

Abstract: A searching unit 120 searches for products sold in an electronic marketplace according to a query specified by a customer. A product presenting unit 121 presents the searched products to the customer. If the customer selects a product from among the presented products, and the selected product is being sold from a single shop in the electronic marketplace, an ordering unit 122 starts a purchase order for the product by the customer to the single shop. If the selected product is being sold from multiple shops in the electronic marketplace, a shop presenting unit 123 presents the multiple shops to the customer. If the customer selects a shop from among the presented shops, the ordering unit 122 initiates a purchase order for the product selected by the customer to the selected shop.

Abstract: A system for custom categorization of digital media content includes a server and a database for storing user accounts. The server provides a user interface to allow a user to review, purchase, and download to a user device one or more digital products. The server further establishes one or more wish lists of the user upon receipt of user instructions, where each of the wish lists is associated with the user account. The server further receives a user selection of one of the digital products. The user selection can also indicate a selected wish list of the user. In response to the user selection, the server links a selected digital product with the selected wish list. The user interface is further configured to allow the user to review all digital products linked to all of the wish lists of the user.

Abstract: A food order is placed by a purchaser at a client prior to selecting the vendor. A server receives the order along with the purchaser information. The server matches the items with available vendors that offer the selected food order. The server sends a document to the client, including a list of vendors matching the order, along with other details that are specific to each vendor. The client receives the document. In response to selection of the vendor, the client sends the server a request to proceed. Upon receiving a finalized order, the server sends a checkout page to the client to finish the order. The client sends information needed to finish the order. The server receives the requested information and generates the order.

The at least one transceiver module is configured to receive an ad or an offer transmitted from at least one backend device to the user receiving device. Abstract: A system for facilitating the creation, dissemination and fulfillment of supply lists includes a central controller that receives native supply lists from supply requestors. The controller uses intelligent matching to classify and translate individual items from each native supply list into an electronic supply list on a standardized platform, the electronic supply list including a UPC for each requested item as well as any personalized content. The electronic supply list is then rendered accessible not only to purchasers responsible for ordering the supplies but also retailers designated to sell the supply items. The use of UPCs allows for direct list fulfillment by a purchaser in communication with the central controller. Through a one-click initiation process, the purchasing party is redirected to the e-commerce site for the retailer, with the UPCs for the items in the electronic class list automatically extracted by the controller and loaded into a virtual shopping cart.

Abstract: A method of generating a user-interface to be displayed at a remote location may include receiving a search request for an item listing and retrieving a first listing and a second listing based on the search request, determining a similarity score between the first and second listings that is based on multiple properties common to the first and second listings, and generating instructions to be transmitted to a remote location to generate a user interface to be displayed at the remote location, the user interface including the first listing, the instructions excluding the second listing from a list of results displayed on the user interface based on the similarity score exceeding a threshold and the first listing including superior values in at least one of the plurality of properties common to the first and second listings. The method may also include transmitting the instructions to the remote location for display.

Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for analyzing and updating merchants' data structures. For instance, a payment service may store data structures associated with merchants, where each data structure indicates items that a respective merchant offers for acquisition. The payment service may then analyze at least a first data structure to determine first items offered for acquisition by a first merchant and a second data structure to determine second items offered for acquisition by a second merchant. Based on the first items and the second items, the payment service may determine an item to recommend to the second merchant. The payment service may then generate and send a message to a merchant device of the second merchant, where the message recommends that the second merchant offer the item for acquisition. In some instances, the first merchant and the second merchant are each associated with a specific type of business.

The user has provided a shopping list, wherein the shopping list includes a plurality of products that are desirably purchased by the user. Inventories of retail stores in a geographic region of interest to the user are searched, and a map is generated that includes graphical icons representative of the retail stores, data that indicates that product(s) in the shopping list are available at the retail stores, and price data that indicates prices of product(s) in the shopping list at the respective retail stores.

Abstract: Automating a product offering presented in a consumer kiosk application for creating and order consumer photo-related products. An automated product offering system determines in real-time or near real-time the availability of products to be offered to the consumer and adjusts the display on the kiosk GUI to guide the user to select products that are currently available. The product availability may be specific to a location and a retailer hosting the consumer kiosk application. The kiosk GUI display is adjusted in accordance with product advertising and promotional campaigns to guide the user to generate orders for products that offer the best value to the consumer while helping retailers and kiosk operators succeed with advertising campaigns.
