Abstract: A foldable, lightweight, bag holder which supports a refuse bag so that the mouth of the refuse bag is held fully open when the bag holder is placed in either a vertical or horizontal position. The bag holder is simple to use and allows a person to sweep leaves, grass clippings, trash or other debris directly into the horizontally positioned refuse bag without having to use his or her own hands, or the help of another person, to maintain the refuse bag mouth in a fully opened position.

Abstract: A support bracket for use in a bathroom wherein the support bracket includes a semi-conical cover with an arcuate wall integrally formed with a vertical wall. A trapezoid opening is defined in the vertical wall. A projection with an inclined lower face is integrally formed on an inside face of the vertical wall. An L-shaped support has an upright portion and a perpendicular portion integrally formed therewith wherein a distal tip of the vertical portion is sized and shaped as a trapezoid tongue to matingly engage with the trapezoid opening of the cover and the perpendicular portion has a distal end shaped to receive a receptacle. A semi-circular plate is sized to be fittingly received in a base of the cover with the L-shaped support sandwiched therebetween.

Abstract: A two-wheeled vehicle support apparatus includes a kickstand-receiving support member adapted to rest on a support surface and be interposed between the ends of the kickstand and the support surface. A riser member is adapted to interlock with the kickstand-receiving support member. Also, the riser member is adapted to partially rest on the support surface, and a tire-supporting member is adapted for receiving a rear tire of a two-wheeled vehicle. The tire-supporting member includes a first tire-receiving portion adapted to receive a bottom portion of the tire. The tire-supporting member is interposed between the rear tire and the support surface. The riser member includes a ramp portion located at a leading end of the riser member. The kickstand-receiving support member includes a centrally located tongue portion and a pair of platform portions which straddle the tongue portion.

Abstract: A wall mount is provided which supports an automotive bicycle rack of the type having a plurality of feet which engage the rear portion of an automobile and straps with hooks for releasably securing the rack to the automobile. The wall mount is a ladder-like device which comprises a pair of vertically disposed rails for fastening to a wall and a plurality of horizontal cross-beam members disposed in vertically spaced orientation on the rails. An uppermost cross-beam member has an upwardly opening "J" cross section and the lowermost cross-beam member having a downwardly opening "J" cross-section, for receiving the hooks of the rack. A pair of intermediate cross-beam members are spaced between the uppermost and lowermost cross-beam members and have vertical surfaces for receiving the feet of the rack. The vertical surface of the lower of said intermediate cross-beam members is disposed approximately 3 to 4 inches further from the wall than said other vertical surface to mimic the bumper of an automobile.

Abstract: A mounting bracket assembly is particularly adapted for demountable attachment to the glass pane of a window. The bracket assembly utilizes a hook and loop type fastener and a two piece bracket assembly which permits interchangeable use of different main support arms. One type of support arm may, for example, be used to mount a bird feeder. The hook and loop fastening system provides a reliable replacement for suction cup fasteners which do not function in periods of extended cold temperatures.

Abstract: This invention provides a supporting structure for supporting different types of flexible containers or bags. Structure is capable of supporting open-mouth type bags and in addition can support handle-type bags or t-shirt bags. The supporting structure includes a retaining arrangement for retaining the mouth of the flexible container open under tension and members are provided for restraining lateral movement of a container mounted in the device. A bag bottom supporting arrangement for supporting the bottom of the flexible container is provided and the bag supporting arrangement is movably mounted to the structure for movement between a first supporting position where the bottom of the bag is supported to a collapsed position where the bottom supporting apparatus is folded upwardly and into the structure. This results in a compact arrangement which is advantageous for storage purposes as well as shipping the article.

Abstract: A retention device for inhibiting removal of carded merchandise from a display hook, adapted for retrofit installation in existing loop hooks commonly used to display such merchandise. A flat plastic body, grooved along its side edges, can be inserted between and lockingly retained by the spaced apart wire elements of the U-shaped loop hook. An integral, resiliently deflectable tongue extends upward and rearward from the flat body and prevents removal of the merchandise cards unless the tongue is depressed. A flexibly hinged outer positioning member carries a locking tab, engageable with outer extremities of the loop hook, to secure the device in position after installation.

Abstract: An illuminated, kiosk type, display stand designed for use in holding and attractively displaying various articles of merchandise or other items or materials. The stand is formed of a pair of hollow, molded plastic, front and rear units that are secured to each other and mounted on a separate base unit.
