  • Patent number: 10667887
Abstract: Tools are described for preparing digital dental models for use in dental restoration production processes, along with associated systems and methods. Dental modeling is improved by supplementing views of three-dimensional models with still images of the modeled subject matter. Video data acquired during a scan of the model provides a source of still images that can be displayed alongside a rendered three-dimensional model, and the two views (model and still image) may be synchronized to provide a common perspective of the model's subject matter. This approach provides useful visual information for disambiguating surface features of the model during processing steps such as marking a margin of a prepared tooth surface for a restoration. Interactive modeling tools may be similarly enhanced.

  • Patent number: 10671692
Abstract: Embodiments are provided for uniquely identifying and tracking selectable web page objects and presenting tracked activity for the selectable objects. In some cases, an analytics tool is used to collect and present link activity based on analytics data for a given selectable object of a content page, such as a clickable link or image. For example, a method analyzes a content page comprising a plurality of selectable objects and determines, based on the analyzing, a page identifier for the content page, and region identifiers for regions within the content page. The method generates, for each of the selectable objects, a unique object identifier comprising the page identifier, a region identifier corresponding to a region of the page where the object is located, and a link identifier. Link activity corresponding to the selectable objects is tracked and displayed, the link activity being based on measured analytics data over periods of time.

  • Patent number: 10627982
Abstract: A screen magnification software feature that listens to internal messages within an operating system and automatically detects an input control coming into focus and sets a primary magnified viewport on that input control. As an end user interacts with the input control the software further listens for operating system messaging indicating a change in an output region responsive to the interaction with the input control. Upon detecting this output region change, a secondary magnified viewport is displays simultaneously with the primary magnified viewport on a graphic user interface, the focus staying within the primary magnified viewport. The end user has magnified views of both the control she is interacting with (e.g., a virtual calculator keypad of buttons) in the primary viewport and the output region (e.g., a text box showing the calculated result) in the secondary viewport.
