For example, other environments include eSporting, on-line betting, fantasy esports, streaming services, etc. Some more specific examples include World of Warcraft®, Overwatch®, H1Z1®, PUBG®, Fortnite®, Realm Royale®, Planet Side 2®, real-time strategy games, slot machines, electronic poker tournaments, etc.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are described including a left ventricular assist device. The left ventricular assist device includes an impeller configured to be placed inside a subject's left ventricle, and to pump blood from the subject's left ventricle to the subject's aorta, by rotating. A frame is disposed around the impeller. A tube traverses the subject's aortic valve, such that a proximal portion of the tube is disposed within the subject's aorta and a distal portion of the tube is disposed within the subject's left ventricle. The distal portion of the tube defines one or more blood inlet openings that are configured to allow blood to flow from the subject's left ventricle into the tube. A mesh is configured to prevent inner structures of the left ventricle from passing into the one or more blood inlet openings. Other applications are also described.

The electronic device may then configure the control device with a network application by associating various input devices of the control device with controls of the network application. Using the associations, the electronic device may generate control data representing the controls that are associated with the inputs. The electronic device may then send the control data to a remote system, which may use the control data to update a state of the network application. Systems of the present disclosure may match network characteristics for a user device with latency requirements for a particular application type, and application sessions may be forwarded or distributed to a suitable data center. To accomplish this, application specific network tests may be executed to determine requirements for executing a high performing application session for a user. The result of these tests, in addition to application specific performance requirements, may be used to find a suitable data center—from a set of available data centers—that is capable of hosting the application session without degradation. As a result, efficient use of distributed infrastructures may be accomplished, while avoiding congestion and hot-spots, and providing an optimized application experience for end users.
