Abstract: A method of facilitating an augmented reality experience to purchase an item at a merchant location may be provided. The method may include storing profile data, receiving location data and environmental data from a computing device associated with the stored profile data. Upon determining that the user device has entered a predefined merchant location, the method may include initiating a sequence of augmented reality modes including at least a first augmented reality mode associated with the selection of an item and a second augmented reality mode associated with the payment of the item. The user device may display virtual content in association with each mode, and upon detecting predetermined user inputs such as gestures, fixed gazes, or moving through thresholds, the system may enable the selection and payment of one or more items by sending a purchase request to a merchant terminal.

Abstract: An end-user computing device may utilize augmented reality to capture input from a target image. The end-user computing device may determine whether the target image contains target information. If so, an augmented reality program on the end-user computing device may present an indication that the end user has unlocked an asset. An indication that the end user has unlocked the asset may also be sent to a remote computing device.

Abstract: A user registers for an account with an account management system, configures account settings to permit the account management system to receive user computing device data from a user computing device associated with the user, and logs into the account via the user computing device. The account management system receives a user voice purchase command and determines a purchase command context based on the received user computing device data. The account management system identifies a product that the user desires to purchase based on the purchase command context and directs the user computing device web browser to a merchant website to set up a transaction for the identified product.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for generating memorial products using a memorial product design and ordering system (the “design system”). The design system may generally be configured to provide users with a platform, tools, design elements, automated processes, and/or the like for designing, customizing and ordering memorial products. The design system may be configured to present users with graphical or virtual representations of physical memorial products (“virtual product templates”) that may be customized by specifying product characteristics and adding various design elements. In some embodiments, the virtual product templates may be and/or may include photo-realistic and/or three-dimensional (3D) representations of the actual physical memorial products. In this manner, the design system may be configured to provide a customer with a realistic user experience from a virtual and/or online design tool.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a uniform vendor agnostic platform for uniformly accessing public cloud vendor service data is disclosed. The method includes acquiring, via a public cloud network interface, communication data associated with communication facilitated via a public cloud vendor; ingesting and storing, the acquired communication data, on a server residing on an internal network of a target entity; receiving, a request for the communication data, on a client device residing on the internal network; transmitting the request for the communication data to the server residing on the internal network; retrieving, in response to receiving the request for the communication data, the requested communication data from the server residing on the internal network without making a separate request to the public cloud vendor in response to the received request; and transmitting the retrieved communication data to the client device.

Abstract: A method may include receiving data related to a plurality of items and processing the data using a machine learning model. The machine learning model may have been trained to output a score for each of the plurality of items based on one or more target variables and to process the data using a grouped linear regression for groups of items based on sub-divisions of the groups. The method may include storing the output in a data store. Each entry in the data store may include at least an item identifier for an item, a group name, and the score. The method may include receiving search criteria for a search and identifying a set of search results in a group of items. The method may include determining an order of the set of search results and outputting the set of search results.

Abstract: An ambient listening system, includes: an ambient device configure to listen to a conversation between a customer and a sales agent regarding at least one of a desired service and a desired product, and generate an audio stream of the conversation and a unique identifier for the customer; a voice biometrics service module configure to perform at least one of i) identification of the customer based on the audio stream, and ii) voiceprint enrollment of the customer's voice based on the audio stream and the unique identifier for the customer; a business logic module configured to generate at least one business logic output based on at least one of customer's intent and entity extracted from the audio stream; and an automation platform configured to automate, based on the business logic output, the sales agent's workflow related to at least one of customer record, the desired service and the desired product.

Abstract: A recommendation system leverages multi-target search to provide item listing recommendations and/or query suggestions. For a given input image with multiple objects, multi-target search uses object detection to detect each object, and stores complementary object data associating each object from the image. Additionally, a search of an item listing datastore is performed using each object from the image as a search query. Based on item listings returned as search results, complementary item listings data associating item listings is stored. In some configurations, the complementary item listings data is also used to train a machine learning model to predict complementary item listings for a given item listing. When an input item listing is received, item listing recommendations and/or query suggestions are determined for the input item listing using the complementary object data, the complementary item listing data, and/or the machine learning model.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating the provision of goods using automated stores are provided. The automated stores are distributed across a geographical area and are remotely controlled to create an on-line marketplace. Users of the system can access the marketplace using an interactive portal to purchase items. Buyers can create purchase orders for items stocked in the marketplace and collect the items at one or more automated stores. The items are consigned to the buyers in real time at the automated store.

Abstract: Techniques for mapping size information associated with a client to target brands, garments, sizes, shapes, and styles for which there is no standardized correlation. The size information associated with a client may be generated by modeling client garments, accessing computer aided drawing (CAD) files associated with client garments, or by analyzing a history of garment purchases associated with the client. Information for target garments may be generated in a similar fashion. A system may then create a standardized scale with a set of sizes for a target, and map a client base size to that standardized size scale. Similar matching and mapping may also be done with shape and style considerations. A recommendation based on the mapping may then be communicated to the client.

Abstract: An online system displays search results in response to a query by receiving a query from a customer. An online system accesses a set of candidate items and computes a relevance score and personalization score for each item. The online system computes the relevance score based on query data and item data and may normalize the relevance score. The online system computes the personalization score based on item data, such as an item embedding, and user data, such as a user embedding. The online system computes a query specificity score and adjusts the personalization score with the query specificity score such that generic queries have high personalization scores and specific queries have low personalization scores. The online system combines the relevance and personalization scores for each candidate item into a ranking score and displays the candidate items to the customer based on their ranking scores.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to content prediction. A computing platform may train a collaborative recommendation engine to output recommendation information based on historical preference information and corresponding data drift. The computing platform may receive an account access request from a user device. The computing platform may identify, at a first time and using the collaborative recommendation engine, a preference group for the user device. The computing platform may receive, at a second time later than the first time, a second account access request from the user device. The computing platform may identify, using the collaborative recommendation engine, the preference group and data drift corresponding to the preference group between the first time and the second time, which may indicate a second set of preferences at the second time. The computing platform may generate, based on the second set of preferences, recommendation information for the user device.

Abstract: A system and method for dynamic pricing of food items that are configured to apply one or more algorithms to prepare adjustments in the food item ingredient composition (e.g., the recipe of a food item) to accommodate a desired price, caloric content, dietary restriction requirement, and/or nutritional value. The system will process the customer-user's inputs of a modification of the ingredients for the food item. System processes for recipe modifications can be made in real-time, and may be locally processed or remotely processed, e.g., via access to a network server. Optionally, some or all of the system processes for recipe modifications may be preprocessed and stored in a system-accessible database. In some embodiments, a custom designed secure hardware component is deployed in the system in order to protect confidential pricing data, and gives a tool for managing the dynamic sales for a food retail establishment.
