Abstract: The present invention is directed towards systems and methods for matching buyers to dealers of the same type of vehicle. Buyer bids are ranked based on receipt time. Buyers specify a search radius corresponding to dealers. Dealer offers correspond to an acceptable amount for the vehicle. A high price is computed for each vehicle from dealers relative to buyers based on dealer offers and MSRP. A final price is computed for each vehicle based on dealer offers, the search radius, and the high price. Final prices are ranked based on the distance from buyer to dealer and the buyer bid dealer offer difference. The match is based on the highest rank final price for the corresponding dealer to an earliest received buyer bid that has not been matched if the vehicle offered by the corresponding dealer is available.

Abstract: A method of facilitating an augmented reality experience to purchase an item at a merchant location may be provided. The method may include storing profile data, receiving location data and environmental data from a computing device associated with the stored profile data. Upon determining that the user device has entered a predefined merchant location, the method may include initiating a sequence of augmented reality modes including at least a first augmented reality mode associated with the selection of an item and a second augmented reality mode associated with the payment of the item. The user device may display virtual content in association with each mode, and upon detecting predetermined user inputs such as gestures, fixed gazes, or moving through thresholds, the system may enable the selection and payment of one or more items by sending a purchase request to a merchant terminal.

Abstract: A method for providing contents includes receiving a selection request to view specific contents, from an electronic device; providing a plurality of items corresponding to a plurality of episodes included in the specific contents, in response to the selection request; and performing one of a first process and a second process, related to a provision of the specific episode, according to a product type of the specific episode, in response to a selection of one of the plurality of items through the electronic device.

Abstract: A non-transitory computer-readable medium is configured to store instructions executable by one or more processors to perform operations including independently processing, by each of a first processor and a second processor, audio data relating to one or more orders, determining whether the first processor has supplied a first indication to perform first language processing of the audio data, and selecting a result of second language processing of the audio data from the second processor in response to determining that the first system has not supplied the first indication. The first processor is configured to perform one or more of the first language processing, first transcription processing, or first entity recognition processing. The second processor is configured to perform one or more of second language processing of higher quality than the first language processing, second transcription processing of lower quality than the first transcription processing, or second entity recognition processing.

Abstract: Techniques for mapping size information associated with a client to target brands, garments, sizes, shapes, and styles for which there is no standardized correlation. The size information associated with a client may be generated by modeling client garments, accessing computer aided drawing (CAD) files associated with client garments, or by analyzing a history of garment purchases associated with the client. Information for target garments may be generated in a similar fashion. A system may then create a standardized scale with a set of sizes for a target, and map a client base size to that standardized size scale. Similar matching and mapping may also be done with shape and style considerations. A recommendation based on the mapping may then be communicated to the client.

Abstract: Systems and methods including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory storage devices storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processors and perform: training a visual similarity model; determining one or more nearest neighbors for an item using the visual similarity model, as trained; ranking the one or more nearest neighbors using results of the visual similarity model, as trained; re-ranking the one or more nearest neighbors using a learning-to-rank algorithm; and facilitating altering a graphical user interface (GUI) displaying the item based upon the one or more nearest neighbors, as re-ranked. Abstract: A mobile computer system accesses a data base of products. On the display screen of the mobile computer system, a central image of a product is presented in a central position of the display. A first image of another product is presented on the display to a first side of central position of the display. A second image of another product is presented on the display on the second side of central position of the display. The second side of the display is opposite the first side with respect to the central position. Information is acquired with respect to the user and with respect to the product being presented in the central position.

Abstract: Item codes for items are mapped to multidimensional space as item vectors based on transaction contexts. Similarities between item codes are based on distances between the item codes within the multidimensional space. Substitute items for out-of-stock items are automatically identified based on the item similarities and based on collected feedback from transactions. The substitute items are provided in real time to customers during transactions, item picking services during item fulfillment, and shelf management services for item shelf stocking. In an embodiment, the substitute items are further determined based on a specific transaction history for a given customer and specific feedback collected for the given customer from the specific transaction history.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for identifying a first user account based on an indication of purchase of a first item; identifying a second user account associated with the first user account; determining a shared characteristic between the first item of the first user account and a second item in an online container associated with the second user account; determining a user interest of the second item based on user attribute data associated with the second user account and the shared characteristic; removing the second item from the online container based on the determining of the user interest; and causing display of a notification on a user interface of a device associated with the second user account, the notification including an indication of the second item being removed from the online container based on the indication of purchase of the first item.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating the provision of goods using automated stores are provided. The automated stores are distributed across a geographical area and are remotely controlled to create an on-line marketplace. Users of the system can access the marketplace using an interactive portal to purchase items. Buyers can create purchase orders for items stocked in the marketplace and collect the items at one or more automated stores. The items are consigned to the buyers in real time at the automated store.

Abstract: In an approach to provide contact-less shopping assistance to a user, a computer implements a method for receiving customer authentication data from a user and associating the customer authentication data with a tagged wearable device and a tagged mobility device with the user. The method further includes receiving an indication the user is wearing the tagged mobility device, and that the user is entering a shopping facility using the tagged mobility device. The method further includes receiving a user instruction to capture an image causing the tagged wearable device to capture the image, identifying a bar code in the image, determining an item based on the bar code and transmitting an action instruction to the tagged mobility device to retrieve the item and secure the item. The method further includes receiving an indication that the user has completed the task and delivering the item to the user.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system comprising a processor for an electronic data exchange using Internet to facilitate request for bids from prospective restaurant customers which become binding upon restaurants when the prospective customer honors, in full, his conditional promises to a restaurant. The processor receives offer from the restaurant's system including a minimum dollar amount, a range of time for which the offer is valid, and a customer discount associated with the offer, which are matched with the received RFB from the consumer's device, the RFB including a geographic location of restaurant, a minimum amount of money to spend and a range of time at which the consumer will promise to honor a deal. The processor searches the restaurant offers database to match one or more restaurant offers with the RFB criteria and serves said identified one or more restaurant offers to the consumer for acceptance.

Abstract: Example embodiments described herein disclose a specially configured device to receive and recognize enhanced user interactions through a graphical user interface. A user device may accordingly receive and display a set of search results, detect a user input entered via a touch-input device related to a single item from among the set of search results, determine a pressure exerted upon the touch-input device corresponding to the user input, and based on at least the pressure of the user input, select and execute an appropriate commerce action.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to content prediction. A computing platform may train a collaborative recommendation engine to output recommendation information based on historical preference information and corresponding data drift. The computing platform may receive an account access request from a user device. The computing platform may identify, at a first time and using the collaborative recommendation engine, a preference group for the user device. The computing platform may receive, at a second time later than the first time, a second account access request from the user device. The computing platform may identify, using the collaborative recommendation engine, the preference group and data drift corresponding to the preference group between the first time and the second time, which may indicate a second set of preferences at the second time. The computing platform may generate, based on the second set of preferences, recommendation information for the user device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for utilizing interactive UI dialogs to resolve issues that may arise during the real-time ordering and activation of wireless products and services while a user is engaged during their session. The interactive UI dialogs may provide a customer with an opportunity to provide information, make decisions or trigger additional steps during the real time order.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed that provide device-based coordination of multi-party delivery processes. One example implementation involves receiving a payer-invite request from a requester device. The payer-invite request requests an invitation be sent to a payer to pay for a delivery order. The delivery order specifying one or more items to be purchased and delivered to a requester location associated with the requester device or inputted by the requester. The system sends the invitation to a payer device associated with the payer and receives a payment from the payer device. The system fulfills the delivery order by identifying a fulfillment center, a driver, and/or a puller and sending communications with order information and instructions to the devices of those parties to coordinate the delivery. For example, the system sends a driving instruction to a driver device instructing the driver to pick up and deliver the items.

Abstract: Three-dimensional models (or avatars) may be defined based on imaging data captured from a customer. The avatars may be based on a virtual mannequin having one or more dimensions in common with the customer, a body template corresponding to the customer, or imaging data captured from the customer. The avatars are displayed on displays or in user interfaces and used for any purpose, such as to depict how clothing will appear or behave while being worn by a customer alone or with other clothing. Customers may drag-and-drop images of clothing onto the avatars. One or more of the avatars may be displayed on any display, such as a monitor or a virtual reality headset, which may depict the avatars in a static or dynamic mode. Images of avatars and clothing may be used to generate print catalogs depicting the appearance or behavior of the clothing while worn by the customer.

Abstract: Techniques for providing a seamless user experience across electronic and physical retail stores of a retailer include storing, locally with a session corresponding to a user's visit to the retailer's electronic store, indications of items that were viewed and/or focused on by the user at the electronic store. At least some of said indications may be transferred to a centralized data storage of the retailer for persistence after the session is terminated. Subsequently, an electronic device operated by the user may determine its location and determine, based on its location, a particular physical retail store of the retailer. Via communications with one or more retailer servers, items that were recently viewed by the user at the electronic store may be identified, and indications thereof may be presented on the display of the electronic device in conjunction with information corresponding to the recently viewed items at the particular physical store.

Abstract: A method comprises receiving, by a computing device, a selection of at least one product to initiate for a customer, determining, by executing a first bot, a product initiation system compatible with a second format and configured to initiate the at least one product, and retrieving, via the first bot, the customer information from a set of previously collected customer information within a product selection form stored in a first format. The method further includes enqueuing, via first bot, the customer information in a workflow queue, and providing, via at least one second bot, the customer information to the product initiation system in the second format, the at least one second bot being associated with the at least one product. The method further includes receiving, from the product initiation system, a notification indicating whether the at least one product has been initiated.

Abstract: A garment production system, comprising a virtual development environment configured to receive and store in a database thereof body information relating to a user, establish measurements for the user based on the body information, display, on a display device connected to the virtual development environment, a virtual representation of the user using the established measurements, customize one or more garments for the user based on the established measurements, display, on the display device, a virtual representation of the one or more customized garments on the virtual representation of the user, receive and store in the database personalization information from the user regarding the one or more customized garments, and alter the one or more customized garments and the virtual representation thereof based on the received personalization information for manufacture thereof.
