Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for identifying a first user account based on an indication of purchase of a first item; identifying a second user account associated with the first user account; determining a shared characteristic between the first item of the first user account and a second item in an online container associated with the second user account; determining a user interest of the second item based on user attribute data associated with the second user account and the shared characteristic; removing the second item from the online container based on the determining of the user interest; and causing display of a notification on a user interface of a device associated with the second user account, the notification including an indication of the second item being removed from the online container based on the indication of purchase of the first item.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating the provision of goods using automated stores are provided. The automated stores are distributed across a geographical area and are remotely controlled to create an on-line marketplace. Users of the system can access the marketplace using an interactive portal to purchase items. Buyers can create purchase orders for items stocked in the marketplace and collect the items at one or more automated stores. The items are consigned to the buyers in real time at the automated store.

Abstract: In an approach to provide contact-less shopping assistance to a user, a computer implements a method for receiving customer authentication data from a user and associating the customer authentication data with a tagged wearable device and a tagged mobility device with the user. The method further includes receiving an indication the user is wearing the tagged mobility device, and that the user is entering a shopping facility using the tagged mobility device. The method further includes receiving a user instruction to capture an image causing the tagged wearable device to capture the image, identifying a bar code in the image, determining an item based on the bar code and transmitting an action instruction to the tagged mobility device to retrieve the item and secure the item. The method further includes receiving an indication that the user has completed the task and delivering the item to the user.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system comprising a processor for an electronic data exchange using Internet to facilitate request for bids from prospective restaurant customers which become binding upon restaurants when the prospective customer honors, in full, his conditional promises to a restaurant. The processor receives offer from the restaurant's system including a minimum dollar amount, a range of time for which the offer is valid, and a customer discount associated with the offer, which are matched with the received RFB from the consumer's device, the RFB including a geographic location of restaurant, a minimum amount of money to spend and a range of time at which the consumer will promise to honor a deal. The processor searches the restaurant offers database to match one or more restaurant offers with the RFB criteria and serves said identified one or more restaurant offers to the consumer for acceptance.

Abstract: Example embodiments described herein disclose a specially configured device to receive and recognize enhanced user interactions through a graphical user interface. A user device may accordingly receive and display a set of search results, detect a user input entered via a touch-input device related to a single item from among the set of search results, determine a pressure exerted upon the touch-input device corresponding to the user input, and based on at least the pressure of the user input, select and execute an appropriate commerce action.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to content prediction. A computing platform may train a collaborative recommendation engine to output recommendation information based on historical preference information and corresponding data drift. The computing platform may receive an account access request from a user device. The computing platform may identify, at a first time and using the collaborative recommendation engine, a preference group for the user device. The computing platform may receive, at a second time later than the first time, a second account access request from the user device. The computing platform may identify, using the collaborative recommendation engine, the preference group and data drift corresponding to the preference group between the first time and the second time, which may indicate a second set of preferences at the second time. The computing platform may generate, based on the second set of preferences, recommendation information for the user device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for utilizing interactive UI dialogs to resolve issues that may arise during the real-time ordering and activation of wireless products and services while a user is engaged during their session. The interactive UI dialogs may provide a customer with an opportunity to provide information, make decisions or trigger additional steps during the real time order.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed that provide device-based coordination of multi-party delivery processes. One example implementation involves receiving a payer-invite request from a requester device. The payer-invite request requests an invitation be sent to a payer to pay for a delivery order. The delivery order specifying one or more items to be purchased and delivered to a requester location associated with the requester device or inputted by the requester. The system sends the invitation to a payer device associated with the payer and receives a payment from the payer device. The system fulfills the delivery order by identifying a fulfillment center, a driver, and/or a puller and sending communications with order information and instructions to the devices of those parties to coordinate the delivery. For example, the system sends a driving instruction to a driver device instructing the driver to pick up and deliver the items.

Abstract: Three-dimensional models (or avatars) may be defined based on imaging data captured from a customer. The avatars may be based on a virtual mannequin having one or more dimensions in common with the customer, a body template corresponding to the customer, or imaging data captured from the customer. The avatars are displayed on displays or in user interfaces and used for any purpose, such as to depict how clothing will appear or behave while being worn by a customer alone or with other clothing. Customers may drag-and-drop images of clothing onto the avatars. One or more of the avatars may be displayed on any display, such as a monitor or a virtual reality headset, which may depict the avatars in a static or dynamic mode. Images of avatars and clothing may be used to generate print catalogs depicting the appearance or behavior of the clothing while worn by the customer.

Abstract: Techniques for providing a seamless user experience across electronic and physical retail stores of a retailer include storing, locally with a session corresponding to a user's visit to the retailer's electronic store, indications of items that were viewed and/or focused on by the user at the electronic store. At least some of said indications may be transferred to a centralized data storage of the retailer for persistence after the session is terminated. Subsequently, an electronic device operated by the user may determine its location and determine, based on its location, a particular physical retail store of the retailer. Via communications with one or more retailer servers, items that were recently viewed by the user at the electronic store may be identified, and indications thereof may be presented on the display of the electronic device in conjunction with information corresponding to the recently viewed items at the particular physical store.

Abstract: A method comprises receiving, by a computing device, a selection of at least one product to initiate for a customer, determining, by executing a first bot, a product initiation system compatible with a second format and configured to initiate the at least one product, and retrieving, via the first bot, the customer information from a set of previously collected customer information within a product selection form stored in a first format. The method further includes enqueuing, via first bot, the customer information in a workflow queue, and providing, via at least one second bot, the customer information to the product initiation system in the second format, the at least one second bot being associated with the at least one product. The method further includes receiving, from the product initiation system, a notification indicating whether the at least one product has been initiated.

Abstract: Described herein is a system and techniques for implementing a single mechanism that, when activated, provides a list of items which is customized according to the user that activated the mechanism. In some embodiments, a list of item types may be received by the system. The system may identify a number of potential items for each of the item types in the list of item types. The potential items may be filtered based on configuration settings associated with the user in order to identify a most appropriate item for each item type in the list of item types. The user may then be provided with a list of items that includes the most appropriate item for each item type. In some embodiments, the user may be provided with the ability to complete a transaction for one or more item in the list of items.

Abstract: A system, platform, and method including a user interface adapted to receive a user input and communicatively connected with a communications module, a foodstuff database stored in memory including a set of available foodstuff transactions, and a controller module adapted to receive the user input receive at the user interface by way of the communications module, and configured to query the foodstuff database based on the user input, identify at least a subset of available foodstuff transactions based on the query, and send the identified subset of available foodstuff transactions to the user interface by way of the communications module.

Abstract: An autonomous App for selecting color is disclosed. The App includes (i) receiving an oral query concerning a color from a user, (ii) converting the oral query into a digital signal, (iii) associating the queried color with indicia of said queried color in a color database, and (iv) communicating an oral response to the user based on the queried color. The App resides in a general computing machine, such as a smart phone, a smart speaker or a computer tablet. The App can also guide the user to color merchandises on a color display by the general computing machine capable of augmenting an image of the color display with color information.

Abstract: A system for conducting a computer-based, simultaneous, multiple round, descending clock auction for basic generation services includes a web server for receiving bid data for one or more users for basic generation service products, an application server host application software, which processes the one or more bids according to at least one auction rule, tracks the auction, monitors the auction, and/or determines when to end the auction, and a database server, which stores auction data. A method of conducting a computer-based, simultaneous, multiple round, descending clock auction for basic generation services includes the repeating steps of receiving bids indicating desired tranche units of basic generation service products, calculating next round prices for each product, and sending round results to bidders.

Abstract: A mobile application (“app”) enabling a shopper to identify an item or items that the user wishes to locate or purchase. The device displays a list of stores which stock the item(s), and a user is then provided with in-store guidance enabling the shopper to find the item or items that the user wishes to locate or purchase. A user can identify an item or items by scanning a product bar code, scanning a product label; capturing an image of a product, or typing a product name in a search field. The method further includes identifying stores that stock the item. Items can be added to an accumulative shopping list, and items may be ordered online if not available nearby. The system provides basic navigation to store(s) carrying the item(s). Once at a store, an interior route to a product is portrayed through an overhead view map of a store layout. Once near a product, a user may be shown a virtual display of a shelf with the vertical or height placement of the product on the nearby shelf.
