Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media having computer-executable instructions embodied thereon that provide updates to localized software are provided. Resources are stored on a server device and may be cached or stored locally at a client device. Updates to the resources are made available at the server device. The updates include translations of the resources to several languages. The client device checks for an update of the resource and downloads the update for the server when the application is launched or downloaded by a computing device.

Abstract: A device may communicate with a peer-to-peer (P2P) network prior to associating with that network. The communications prior to association may include information about whether the P2P network is persistent or non-persistent. The information may include a persistent group intent field that identifies whether a device would prefer to join a persistent P2P network and allows a P2P network to advertise whether it is persistent.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for shared folder backed integrated workspaces. In some implementations, a content management system can provide a graphical user interface (GUI) that integrates communications and content management into a single user interface. The user interface can include mechanisms that allow a user to provide input to generate a new workspace. The user interface can provide a mechanism to allow a user to view conversations related to the workspace and/or content items associated with the workspace. The user interface can present representations of content items associated with the workspace and allow the user to provide input to generate, view, edit, and share content items associated with the workspace.

Abstract: Provided is a virtual space providing system that may provide a virtual space to a terminal of at least one user, the system including a monitor configured to monitor whether an application or a program included in each terminal of the at least one user is executed and a real-time operation of the executed application or the program and output a result of the monitoring, a specifier configured to receive the output from the monitor, specify an individual step of the operation of the executed application, and output a request to generate a virtual space for the specified individual step, and a space generator configured to receive the output from the specifier and generate the virtual space for the specified individual step.

Abstract: One or more processing devices cause display of a graphical user interface (GUI) that includes a correlation search portion that enables a user to specify information for a key performance indicator (KPI) correlation search definition. The KPI correlation search definition includes search information and trigger determination information. The search information identifies KPI values, indicative of the KPI states, in a data store. The trigger determination information includes trigger criteria. The trigger determination evaluates the identified KPI values using the trigger criteria to determine whether to cause a defined action. A contribution threshold for a particular KPI definition is received via the GUI. The contribution threshold corresponds to a particular KPI state. The contribution threshold is stored as trigger criteria information.

Abstract: In one exemplary embodiment, a system includes a method of providing Internet content through a text-messaging service includes receiving an Internet search query in a text message from a mobile device. The text message includes a query term and an application code. The application code identifies an Internet-based application. The text message is converted to a peer-to-peer message protocol message. An Internet-application server include the internet-based application is identified with the application code. The Internet search query is converted from the text message to a peer-to-peer message protocol message. The peer-to-peer message protocol message is forwarded to the Internet-application server. A query response is received from the Internet-based application. The query response is converted into a text message response. The text message response is communicated to the mobile device.

Abstract: In a streaming server, companion content may be received and incorporated along with media that is streamed to clients. The companion content may originate from one of the clients, in some cases. In other cases, the companion content may originate from a source other than a client. The companion content may be any media relates to the media being streamed to the clients or directives that control the processing of the media being streamed to the clients.

The method may include accessing over a network a 3D imaging software package on a remote server using a first system. A shared media session is connected to, where the shared media session includes a plurality of participants. A first identity is determined for a first participant with a first confidence level. The first participant is identified as the first identity if the first confidence level is above a first threshold. An amount of participation is tracked for the first identity. The amount of participation by the first identity is displayed on an electronic calendar for the shared media session to the plurality of participants.

Abstract: Systems and methods for calculating trust scores (trustworthiness) based on social graph statistics are described herein. The trust scores (trustworthiness) may be determined within or between individuals, groups, and/or entities represented by nodes in a social graph or other network. Social graph analytics may be used to determine connectivity statistics for each node in the social graph or network. The trust score may then be calculated by analyzing a number of paths connecting nodes in the network and the connectivity statistics associated with the nodes of the network. This trust score may then be used to make prospective real-world decisions, such as a request for credit or initiating a transaction.

Abstract: Techniques for identifying media network flows that use dynamic codec identifications are described. In an embodiment, network flow information for a network flow between a first endpoint and a second endpoint is received from a network device interposed between the first endpoint and the second endpoint, wherein the network flow information includes at least an address for the first endpoint and a particular payload identification number. A request is sent to the first endpoint for one or more characteristics belonging to the first endpoint. In response to receiving the one or more characteristics, a profile database is searched for an entry that maps the one or more characteristics to a profile, wherein the profile maps one or more payload identification numbers to one or more encoding types. An encoding type for content transferred over the network flow is determined based on the profile and the particular payload identification number.

Abstract: A system and method for sharing playlists within a network includes a first storage device having a first playlist comprising first playlist data corresponding to stored content and a second storage device having a second playlist comprising second playlist data corresponding to stored content. The system also includes an aggregation server in communication with the first storage device and the second storage device that receives the first playlist and the second playlist. The aggregation server aggregates the first playlist data and the second playlist data to form an aggregated playlist having aggregated playlist data and forms an index list corresponding to the aggregated playlist. A first aggregation client is in communication with the aggregation server and receives the index list from the aggregation server.

Abstract: A method for tracking user participation in a shared media session. A shared media session is connected to, where the shared media session includes a plurality of participants. A first identity is determined for a first participant with a first confidence level. The first participant is identified as the first identity if the first confidence level is above a first threshold. An amount of participation is tracked for the first identity. The amount of participation by the first identity is displayed on an electronic calendar for the shared media session to the plurality of participants.

Abstract: A computer based method for correlating conversations is provided, including the steps of providing a discussion interface at an interface device, receiving an indication that one of several messages displayed at the discussion interface is part of an active conversation, providing a message entry location for imputing new messages associated with the discussion interface, and receiving new messages at the message entry location. New messages received are automatically associated with the active conversation by displaying them with a visual cue shared by all messages associated with the active conversation.

Abstract: A first client device performs a handoff operation to a second client device by transmitting application information, associated with a first application, to the second client device when the first client device is positioned within a predefined proximity of the second client device. The first application has a first client device user interface state when the handoff operation is performed. Further, the first client device, in response to receiving from another client device application information associated with a second application executed by the other first client device, executes a third application corresponding to the second application with a user interface state corresponding to a user interface state of the other client device.
