  • Publication number: 20230013533
Abstract: A method for applying adapted colour rendering in relation to intensity of light of wavelengths relevant to the circadian rhythm of a user, a computer program, a carrier, a system and a head-mounted device is disclosed. The method comprises receiving gaze tracking information identifying a gaze vector of the user of the system, and determining a respective location of a first area of the display and a second areas of the display based on the identified gaze vector. A first colour rendering mode is applied in the first area of the display, and a second colour rendering mode is applied in the second area of the display. The first colour rendering mode and the second colour rendering mode differ in relation to a degree of selective adaptation of intensity of light of wavelengths relevant to the circadian rhythm of the user.

  • Publication number: 20230021239
Abstract: A method and system provide the ability to generate models. A generative shelled base is created as a hollow computer-aided design (CAD) design. A t-spline mid-surface shell is created from the generative shelled base, which is then used to create a shell mesh model. A t-spline solid body is created from the generative shelled base, which is used to create an internal support structure that is converted into a shell CAD geometry, which is used to create a support structure mid-surface shell. The support structure mid-surface shell is combined with the shell mesh model into a generative mid-surface mesh that is used in a computer-aided engineering (CAE) crash simulation. The generated shelled base is combined with the shell CAD geometry into a generative shelled solid that is utilized in an additive build simulation.

  • Publication number: 20230017451
Abstract: Content can be delivered to devices via one or more networks based on clusters of attributes in some examples. As one particular example, a server can determine a first set of attributes corresponding to a cookie associated with an entity and determine a second set of attributes corresponding to a mobile advertiser identifier (MAID) associated with the entity. The server can generate a cluster of attributes for the entity based on the first set of attributes and the second set of attributes. The system can then receive audience definition criteria defining a target audience for content and determine whether the cluster of attributes satisfies the audience definition criteria. If the cluster of attributes satisfies the audience definition criteria, the server can designate the cookie and the MAID as belonging to the target audience to enable the content to be delivered to the entity.

  • Publication number: 20230019580
Abstract: A decision support tool is provided for discharging a patient by predicting the probability of a patient's readmission with pneumonia based on information available prior to discharge. The information used to make the prediction may include labs, vitals, diagnoses, and medications from prior encounters and from the current encounter. At least some of this information may be used to compute one or more severity metrics for the patient, such as a cancer score, an epilepsy or seizure score, a pneumococcal pneumonia score, and an instability score, to be input into one or more prediction models. An ensemble of machine learning models may be applied to the patient information to generate a prediction of that patient being readmitted with pneumonia within a future time interval. Based on the prediction, one or more intervening actions may be initiated to reduce the probability of readmission.

  • Publication number: 20230013632
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide smart alerts to users, e.g., alerts to users about diabetic states that are only provided when it makes sense to do so, e.g., when the system can predict or estimate that the user is not already cognitively aware of their current condition, e.g., particularly where the current condition is a diabetic state warranting attention. In this way, the alert or alarm is personalized and made particularly effective for that user. Such systems and methods still alert the user when action is necessary, e.g., a bolus or temporary basal rate change, or provide a response to a missed bolus or a need for correction, but do not alert when action is unnecessary, e.g., if the user is already estimated or predicted to be cognitively aware of the diabetic state warranting attention, or if corrective action was already taken.
