    Abstract: A method for detecting a failure condition in one or more components of a wind turbine is provided. The method includes actuating, via a controller, an impact device to generate a vibration having a vibration frequency and a vibration magnitude in the one or more components. The method further includes receiving data indicative of the vibration frequency and the vibration magnitude from a sensor communicatively coupled to the controller. The method further includes determining, via the controller, whether the data indicative of the vibration frequency and/or the vibration magnitude is outside of a predetermined vibration range for the one or more components.

    Abstract: Techniques for in-place live migration of guest domain compute instances are described. A secondary host domain, which may be a patched version of an initial host domain, is launched on a computing device in a candidate host domain role or as a guest domain with escalated privileges. Existing guest domains are live migrated within the computing device to utilize the secondary host domain while the initial host domain continues to serve guest domains that have not yet been migrated. When all guest domains have been migrated, the initial host domain may be terminated, resulting in a patched computing device without network-based failures or noticeable service degradation for the guest domains, and while allowing existing guest domain workflows and network connections to continue unaffected.

A plurality of groups for a concurrent presentation of a content is identified, and a selection is received by a user via a second device to join a first group of the plurality of groups for the concurrent presentation of the content. Based on a user via the second device joining a group, a determination is made as to whether a user via the second device missed any content from the concurrent presentation of the content for the first group. Based on the detection of missed content, the system generates for the second device one or more summaries of the missed content segments and the missed reactions to the segments based on preferences associated with the user profile. In response to generating the summaries, the summaries are presented via the second device to the user.

    Abstract: A non-invasive method and an apparatus for measuring blood pressure of a subject. The method includes capturing and processing a first input and a second input to detect a first peak value (Tim (ECG)) and a second peak value (Tim (PPG)). The method includes calculating a pulse transit time (PTT) based on the first peak value and the second peak value, and a pulse wave velocity (PWV) based on the PTT and an arm length of the subject. Further, determining whether the PWV is associated with predefined coefficient values stored in the memory. In response, initiating a calibration before measuring the blood pressure under varying conditions of the subject to generate a plurality of coefficients based on one or more predefined blood pressure values or determining the blood pressure based on an association of the pulse wave velocity and the predefined coefficient values.

The diagnostic images comprise a first image and a second image captured at a first instance of time and at a second instance of time, respectively. The method further includes extracting feature maps from the first image and the second image, using a first pipeline and a second pipeline of stacked convolutional layers of a temporal convolutional neural network (CNN) model respectively. The method further includes identifying relevant feature maps from the feature maps using temporal CNN layer of the temporal CNN model, generating a concatenated feature map based on the relevant feature maps, determining an image class corresponding to the second image using fully connected layers of the temporal CNN model, and diagnosing the disease associated with the subject based on the image class.

Slots for auxiliary content, such as an advertisement, are then added to those segments deemed to be of likely interest.     Abstract: An automated system and method of converting legacy decision logic to a target format. The legacy files are received by the decision logic translation system, which outputs the business rule content in a standard rule structure, according to the selected target format. The process involves decision logic-based rule extraction. In general, methods or processes for extracting business rules have been difficult to reproduce and do not present clearly the extracted rules regarding the concepts of business rules, their composition and categorization. These drawbacks lead to incomplete extraction of rules and massive manual effort to achieve a complete extraction and verification. In contrast, the proposed system overcomes these drawbacks, and outputs files that can be easily used to migrate the business rules to a new platform.
