  • Publication number: 20250117089
Abstract: A wearable electronic device includes an electrode array for transdermal stimulation of a sensory nerve that itself innervates a body part distal to a worn location of the wearable electronic device. The transdermal stimulation is configured to induce an electrical current or voltage that evokes a sensory impression at an area innervated by the sensory nerve, not at the stimulated sensory nerve itself. In one implementation, the wearable electronic device takes a finger ring form factor worn on a proximal phalanx of an index finger. In this configuration, the wearable electronic device can stimulate a portion of a branch of the median nerve extending through the index finger. Upon stimulation of the median nerve, a user wearing the finger ring may perceive pressure applied to the user's fingertip.

  • Publication number: 20250114090
Abstract: An adhesion device incorporates element block assemblies partially disposed within an element support body having an engagement surface. Each element block assembly may include an element activation sheet, an element deployment sheet, a plurality of engagement elements, and an element transition mechanism operatively coupled to the engagement elements. The element transition mechanism is reversible to transition from a neutral configuration wherein the element activation sheet is substantially adjacent to the element deployment sheet, and an expanded configuration wherein the element activation sheet and the element deployment sheet are separated by a transition gap. The element support body, in the neutral configuration, constrains each engagement element in a deployment state with a substantially straightened configuration perpendicular to the engagement surface and suitable for insertion into (or removal from) a target material.

  • Publication number: 20250114024
Abstract: A device and system for real-time visualization of the electrophysiologic activity of a brain, particularly at the cortical surface. The neural device can acquire, process, and display high-spatiotemporal-resolution electrophysiologic data in real-time across entire electrode arrays spanning many thousands of electrodes over identified anatomic regions. The system is compatible with thin-film cortical surface electrodes that record from neural tissues without damaging those tissues. The system can be used to guide diagnostic and therapeutic actions with high precision, and also provides the basis for a brain-computer interface.

  • Patent number: 12270603
Abstract: A system and method for recovering high-quality biomethane (RNG) from biogas sources are provided. The system and method improve upon conventional practices and yield a biomethane product which meets strict gas pipeline quality specifications. An online sample is captured of a gas stream in near real-time at a pressure swing adsorption vessel, and the online sample is analyzed to detect the presence of one or more targeted products such as CH4, CO2 or N2. The system and method are an improvement to the overall methane recovery efficiency for biogas processing facilities, specifically with regard to PSA control to prevent over or under saturation of the PSA media.
