The first liner panel has an inner first liner panel surface and a first liner panel outer surface each axially extending between a first liner panel first end and a first liner panel second end. The coating is disposed on at least one of the first liner panel inner surface and the first liner panel outer surface. The coating has an overall thickness that varies axially between the first liner panel first end and the first liner panel second end.

Abstract: A disposable indicator for use with an arrow or crossbow bolt comprising a substrate and a chemical indicator material capable of detecting and visually indicating chemical properties of a bodily fluid wiped from the arrow by a change in color. Chemical indicating materials may be selected to indicates a variety of bodily fluid chemical properties using pH, enzyme, or detection of other bodily compounds. The indicator provides an immediate indication of the portions of the animal's body through which the arrow or bolt passed, enabling the hunter to determine the type of shot and how best to track the wounded animal. An additional benefit is that the substrate can be used to clean the arrow or bolt in additional to providing a chemical shot indication.

Abstract: A system for autonomous ocean data collection includes at least one sensor capable of collecting sensor data, at least one transmission device, and at least one computing device comprising one or more hardware processors and memory coupled to the one or more hardware processors, the memory storing one or more instructions which, when executed by the one or more hardware processors, cause the at least one computing device to generate data for transmission based on the sensor data collected by the at least one sensor, and cause the at least one transmission device to transmit the data.

Abstract: A back electromotive force of a rotating motor is converted into a voltage for a load by driving, in accordance with a duty cycle, at least one switching circuit that couples the back electromotive force to a load through a rectifying circuit. An error signal is generated that is a difference between the load voltage and a reference voltage. The duty cycle is controlled as a function of the error signal to cause the load voltage to approach the reference voltage.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a base unit configured to hold electronic equipment, a top panel, a first extension arm that is vertically extendable from a proximal position along a selected dimension of the base unit and a second extension arm that is vertically extendable from a distal position along the selected dimension of the base unit, the first extension arm slide-ably coupled to the top panel, and the second extension arm rotate-ably coupled to the top panel. A corresponding method includes providing the apparatus and raising one end of the top panel previous to raising the other end of the top panel.

Abstract: An intervention apparatus is described having a probe with an orifice insertion portion, the insertion portion being configured for insertion into an orifice of a patient. The apparatus also having an intervention tool securement and adjustment mechanism removably attached to the probe. The probe providing support to hold the mechanism in a position relative to the patient, and the adjustment mechanism providing adjustment of an entry point and an angle of entry for an intervention tool to the patient. In embodiments, magnetic resonance imaging, trans-orifice intervention and transperineal intervention are described. Methods for imaging and/or intervention are also described.

A first coupler is connected to the input shaft while a second coupler is connected to the output shaft. A first and second receiving coils, each having a plurality of oppositely wound loops, are arranged adjacent the first and second coils, respectively, while a circuit determines the angular offset between the couplers.

Abstract: A process generates searchable content for visual media files. The process uses partial schemas, including a source schema and a keyword schema. The process uses workers, each specifying its input schemas and its output schemas. A dependency graph includes a node for each worker, with dependencies based on the input and output schemas. The graph includes initial workers that correspond to distinct media types, which use the source schema. The process constructs a source schema instance for each selected media file, and the process traverses nodes in the graph beginning with an initial worker process according to the media type. This begins execution of multiple workers, which construct additional schema instances. Some workers extract keywords from the source file and insert the terms into the keyword schema instance. The process stores the keyword schema instance and a link to the corresponding file in a database for subsequent media queries.

The electronic lock is preferably mounted to a main enter/exit door on the home as this provides a good point of contact for users entering and leaving the home. The electronic lock may monitor users, appliances, safety, and operation of interior doors. Access may be controlled and/or monitored by users with a mobile device or through any other similar device.

Abstract: A method for measuring an intracranial bioimpedance in a patient's head, to help evaluate cerebral autoregulation, may involve securing a volumetric integral phase-shift spectroscopy (VIPS) device to the patient's head, measuring the intracranial bioimpedance with the VIPS device by measuring a phase shift between a magnetic field transmitted from a transmitter on one side of a VIPS device and a magnetic field received at a receiver on another side of the VIPS device, at one or more frequencies, and evaluating cerebral autoregulation in the intracranial bioimpedance, using a processor in the VIPS device.
