  • Publication number: 20220141296
Abstract: A third party system includes a tracking mechanism in various content provided by the third party system. When a client device presents content provided by the third party system, the client device executes tracking mechanism, causing the client device to communicate information identifying the content, identifying a user associated with the online system, and other information to the online system. Based on the information received from the client device, the online system selects a rule from rules provided to the online system by the third party system. The online system then performs an action included in the selected rule, allowing the advertiser to initiate various actions by the online system while including a common tracking mechanism in different content provided by the third party system.

  • Publication number: 20220134045
Abstract: A humidifier for delivering humidified gases to a patient includes an inlet, an outlet, a gases flow path extending from the inlet to the outlet, a permeable wall, a liquid reservoir, and a heater. The permeable wall separates the gases flow path from the liquid reservoir. The heater heats liquid stored in the liquid reservoir to form vapour, and the vapour passes through the permeable wall to the gases flow path to humidify gases in the gases flow path. Another inline humidifier for delivering humidified gases to a patient includes an inlet and an outlet and holds a tape made of hydrophilic or hygroscopic material. The tape is pre-soaked with water and can include a heating element. The heating element heats the tape and the stored water to release the stored water as vapour and thereby humidify gases passing through the inline humidifier.

  • Publication number: 20220138594
Abstract: Managing looped, iterative and recursive operations through applying a parameterized instance of an assertion-model apportionment-sub-model pair to a reference data model to produce a parameterized outcome model. Based on a degree of convergence of the parameterized outcome model toward a target parameterized instance of the assertion-model apportionment-sub-model pair, assembling and parameterizing a next assertion-model and a next apportionment-sub-model pair. Repeating these steps until an instance of a parameterized outcome model meets a preconfigured degree of convergence toward a corresponding target parameterized instance of the assertion-model apportionment-sub-model pair.

  • Publication number: 20220136836
Abstract: This document discloses methods by which an electronic device may determine a navigable path to a destination in an indoor environment without requiring data from any location-based tracking system that is external to the electronic device. The device will receive a graph representation of a map of the indoor environment, with instances of objects represented as nodes of the graph, and with open area paths represented as edges of the graph. The device will determine multiple candidate paths from a starting location to the destination location. Each of the candidate paths will include a set of node-edge combinations that extend from the starting location to the destination location. The processor will identify which of the candidate paths is a shortest path, and it will use that path to identify a navigable path to the destination.

  • Publication number: 20220138680
Abstract: A method operable to aggregate orders from a plurality of alternate sources wherein the orders require delivery of a good and wherein the present invention provides a correlation analysis of order evaluation parameters so as to suggest to a user of the software application of the present invention which orders to accept. The present invention is operated via a software application interface on a portable computing device. The software application of the present invention is communicably coupled to alternate applications that provide delivery service of a good such as but not limited to food. The present invention receives information about the orders available for delivery from the alternate applications and executes a correlation analysis based on a set of order evaluation parameters. After an analysis is performed a user is provided suggestions on which orders to take in combination.

Abstract: Medication delivery devices are provided having a sensor in the form of a switch having a conductive pad and a cantilevered arm that is moveable toward and away from the conductive pad. Contact between the cantilevered arm and the conductive pad changes the state of the switch, while lack of contact between the cantilevered arm and the conductive pad changes the state of the switch. The switch may be used to sense dosage of medication delivered during dose delivery. The switch may interact with a rotating component having a plurality of teeth that slide against the cantilevered arm during dose delivery.
