  • Publication number: 20220316158
Abstract: A one-way recessed directional rumble strip system for controlling both direction and speed of traffic is described. The recessed directional rumble strip system includes a plurality of recessed directional rumble strips having a descending surface and a rumble face. Vehicles approaching the recessed directional rumble strip from a correct direction of travel are allowed to pass over the recessed directional rumble strip with little or no effect on the vehicle. Vehicles attempting to pass from the wrong direction will engage the features of the recessed directional rumble strip. This will affect an operating condition of the vehicle to change such as to cause a tactile and audible sensation to the driver. Indicia may be provided on the steep face to warn drivers that they are traveling in the wrong direction.

  • Publication number: 20220234766
Abstract: A method includes producing an electric propulsion (EP) rocket engine. The method selects a core discharge chamber. A discharge cathode assembly (DCA) is selected along with a DCA common interface (CI). The DCA CI is connected to the core discharge chamber and the DCA is connected to the DCA CI. A neutralizer cathode assembly (NCA) is selected with an NCA CI. The NCA CI is connected to the core discharge chamber and the NCA is connected to the NCA CI. An ion optics assembly (IOA) is selected along with an IOA CI. The IOA CI is connected to the core discharge chamber and the IOA is connected to the IOA CI. The three common interfaces: DCA CI, NCA CI, and IOA CI allow for different subassemblies to be connected to their respective common interfaces—for purposes of re-configurability to accommodate changes in operational requirements, or replacement of subassemblies.

  • Publication number: 20210117460
Abstract: Techniques facilitating using flow graphs to represent a data analysis program in a cloud based system for open science collaboration and discovery are provided. In an example, a system can represent a data analysis execution as a flow graph where vertices of the flow graph represent function calls made during the data analysis program and edges between the vertices represent objects passed between the functions. In another example, the flow graph can then be annotated using an annotation database to label the recognized function calls and objects. In another example, the system can then semantically label the annotated flow graph by aligning the annotated graph with a knowledge base of data analysis concepts to provide context for the operations being performed by the data analysis program.
