Generation of the executable package can be based on customization assets and a core codebase. The core codebase can define core modules that provide a core service that is common across tenants. The customizations can be defined within one or multiple virtual partitions, where a virtual partition includes a filesystem or another type of non-transitory storage structure. The VP can include multiple customization resources and customization components. The customizations can permit building extension modules that can be mapped onto respective extension points of core module(s) in order to customize the common core service and yield the tenant-specific service. The core codebase can be built to generate built core modules. The executable package can be formed by combining built extension modules and built core modules.

Abstract: A respiratory flow therapy apparatus including a sensing chamber which measures a flow of gases provided to a patient. The sensing chamber can be located after a blower and/or mixer. The sensing chamber can include an ultrasonic transducer, a temperature sensor, a heated temperature sensing element, and/or a gas concentration sensor. A flow path of gases used in conjunction with the sensor system prevents unwanted vorticity in the flow of gases that can create anomalies in measuring flow.

Abstract: A method for use an earned autopay account, an available autopay account, an earned points account, and an available points account each associated with a customer. The method includes storing a cache including first and second numbers of points stored in the available autopay account and the available points account, respectively. A points authorization request requesting a first transaction amount is received from a requesting computing device. A second transaction amount is subtracted from the first and/or second numbers of points. A points redemption request including a third transaction amount is sent to the payment processing computing device. Each of the first, second, and third transaction amounts includes a particular monetary value and/or a corresponding transaction number of points. The payment processing computing device subtracts the third transaction amount from the available points account and/or the available autopay account.

Abstract: A suppressor, an integrally suppressed barrel system, and a method for coupling a suppressor to a firearm barrel are provided. In an embodiment, a suppressor is configured to have two distinct fittings, each of which provides a point of contact for coupling with a firearm barrel. The suppressor or integrally suppressed barrel system may comprise an expansion chamber with an expansion chamber baffle and wire mesh to alter the sonic characteristics of a report associated with the discharging of a firearm. In some embodiments, the expansion chamber baffle may be movable, allowing for modification to the sonic properties of a cold bore shot vis-à-vis subsequent shots. The method for coupling the suppressor to the firearm barrel includes engaging first and second threaded portions of the firearm barrel with corresponding threaded inner surfaces of first and second suppressor fittings.

Abstract: A secure dispensing unit includes a housing comprising a first end and a second end and a number of storage assemblies. The number of storage assemblies are arranged in parallel with one another within the housing. Each storage assembly includes a number of compartments arranged linearly along an axis of the housing with each of the compartments being configured to store an item. A cover is coupled with the housing and extends between the first end and the second end such that the cover is positioned over the compartments. An actuator is coupled with the cover, the actuator being configured to retract the cover to draw a distal end of the cover from the first end toward the second end to expose a selected number of compartments.

Abstract: An irrigation management system is disclosed and positionable in-line with an irrigation pipe for monitoring and controlling a flow of fluid therethrough. In at least one embodiment, the system provides an inlet pipe and an opposing outlet pipe in serial fluid communication with the irrigation pipe. At least one fluid control valve is in serial fluid communication between the inlet pipe and outlet pipe for selectively controlling the flow of fluid therebetween. The fluid control valve provides a main valve and a hydraulic actuator for selectively moving the main valve between open and closed positions. The hydraulic actuator is also in serial fluid communication between a pair of actuator valves for moving the hydraulic actuator between open and closed positions. The system also provides at least one sample collection tank configured for temporarily storing a volume of fluid diverted from the irrigation pipe in order to be tested.

Abstract: Patents are important innovation assets and can provide an array of insights into their owners' resilience towards changing markets, and their owners' potential to build and maintain competitive edges on the current markets. Yet, patents do not play an important role on the company balance sheet. In fact, the value of the vast majority of patents is never assessed. With growing global rates for intangible value, the minimum value encompassed in patents needs to be revealed to make patent value and patent positions quantifiable. This paper discusses a novel and fully automated income-based valuation approach for the world's patents, aiming to serve as a quick, robust, standardized and scalable benchmark for financial analysis. The approach leverages exponential technologies to safeguard that all patents are undergoing the same degree of review even if millions of documents are assessed in parallel.

Abstract: The disclosed technologies include methods for generating a calibration model using data that is selected to match the conditions of a particular trial that involves an automated comparison of data samples, such as a comparison-based trial performed by an audio-based recognition, identification, or detection system. The disclosed technologies also include improved methods for selecting candidate data used to build the calibration model. The disclosed technologies further include methods for evaluating the performance of the calibration model and for rejecting a trial when not enough matched candidate data is available to build the calibration model. The disclosed technologies additionally include the use of regularization and automated data generation techniques to further improve the robustness of the calibration model.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of cannabidivarin (CBDV) for the treatment of seizures associated with rare epilepsy syndromes. In particular the seizures associated with rare epilepsy syndromes that are treated are those which are experienced in patients diagnosed with Rett syndrome. In a further embodiment the types of seizures include focal motor seizures with impairment, focal non-motor seizures with impairment, generalised motor seizures, generalised non-motor seizures, unknown onset motor seizures, and non-motor seizures. Preferably the dose of CBDV is between 2.5 mg/kg/day to 10 mg/kg/day.
