  • Publication number: 20170147570
Abstract: One example is a system including a plurality of combinations of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithmic patterns used to combine a plurality of summarizers, an extractor, an evaluator, and a selector. Each of the plurality of combinations of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithmic patterns receives content to provide a meta-summary of the content. The extractor generates a collection of search queries based on the content. The evaluator determines a similarity value of each combination of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithmic patterns for the collection of search queries. The selector selects an optimal combination of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithmic patterns based on the similarity value.

  • Publication number: 20170132319
Abstract: Functional summarization of non-textual content based on a meta-algorithmic pattern is disclosed. One example is a system including a converter, a plurality of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithmic patterns, an extractor, and an evaluator. The converter converts the non-textual content into a plurality of tokens. Combinations of summarization engines and/or meta-algorithm patterns are applied to the plurality of tokens to provide a meta-summary. The extractor extracts at least one summarization term from the meta-summary, and at least one class term for each given class of a plurality of classes of non-textual content. The evaluator determines similarity values of the non-textual content over each given class, each similarity value indicative of a similarity between the at least one summarization term and the at least one class term for each given class. The selector selects a class of the plurality of classes, the selecting based on the determined similarity values.

The evaluator determines similarity measures of the text document over each given class of documents of the plurality of classes, each similarity measure indicative of a similarity between the at least one summarization term and the at least one class term for each given class. The selector selects a class of the plurality of classes, the selecting based on he determined similarity measures.

  • Patent number: 9613327
Abstract: Systems and methods for adapting an incremental information object (IIO) to accommodate a change in a workflow are provided. A method includes analyzing an IIO, wherein the IIO comprises a plurality of tiles, and wherein the plurality of tiles comprise a code. The code is confirmed and, if the confirmation is successful, a determination is made as to whether the workflow has changed. If the workflow has changed the IIO is modified to change the information density of the IIO, a new code comprising a bitstream is generated, and the bitstream is overwritten on the plurality of tiles.

  • Patent number: 9574740
Abstract: Devices (100) comprise light sources (1) for producing light into directional ranges (70) and light blockers (10) for blocking the light in parts (71) of the directional ranges (70). The light blockers (10) have inner sides (11) and outer sides (12), and are made of materials having optical indices. • Publication number: 20160368318
Abstract: A rear wheel axle for a bicycle includes a hollow wheel axle and an axle shaft inserted therethrough and torque support elements for supporting torque exerted on the wheel axle on drop outs of a bicycle frame. The torque support elements are formed by a first part of an outside of the axle shaft and a part of an inside of the wheel axle, which parts jointly form a first form locked connection, and are also formed by a second part of the outside of the axle shaft, which together with a bounding wall of a through hole provided in an inserted piece which is fixed in the direction of rotation relative to one of the drop outs, forms a second form locked connection. The first and second parts of the outside of the axle shaft are fixed relative to each other in the direction of rotation of the axle shaft.

  • Publication number: 20160362160
Abstract: A bicycle includes a transmission having two switchable drives between a driver body on which rear sprockets are positioned and a wheel hub of a rear wheel. The bicycle has actuation elements for switching between drives and operating elements for operating the actuation elements. The bicycle includes only a single front sprocket. The actuation elements are embodied in an electrical version and the operating elements are electrically coupled to the actuation elements. By advantageously selecting the drives of the driver between the cassette housing and wheel hub, a front derailleur may be omitted. The driver allows operation with only little energy, since the chain need not be shifted. consequently, the actuation elements require little energy for changing the drive between the crank axle and the wheel hub of the bicycle, so that it is pre-eminently suitable for these actuation elements and their operation to be executed as an electrical version.

  • Patent number: 9477853
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating an incremental information object (IIO) from an information object (IO). The method includes analyzing an IO to identify code, wherein the IO is made up of a number of tiles, and wherein the tiles make up a code. The method also includes confirming the code. If the code is successfully confirmed, the method further includes modifying the IO by adding binary information IO the IO through the use of color scales that are not recognizable by an optical IO reader, generating a new progressive code comprising a bitstream, and overwriting the bitstream on the tiles.

  • Patent number: 9442380
Abstract: A radiation source (e.g., LPP—laser produced plasma source) for generation of extreme UV (EUV) radiation has at least two fuel particle streams having different trajectories. Each stream is directed to cross the path of an excitation (laser) beam focused at a plasma formation region, but the trajectories are spaced apart at the plasma formation region, and the streams phased, so that only one stream has a fuel particle in the plasma formation region at any time, and so that when a fuel particle from one stream is generating plasma and EUV radiation at the plasma generation region, other fuel particles are sufficiently spaced so as to be substantially unaffected by the plasma. The arrangement permits potential doubling of the radiation intensity achievable for a particular fuel particle size.
