  • Patent number: 11964393
Abstract: A robot control system determines which of a number of discretizations to use to generate discretized representations of robot swept volumes and to generate discretized representations of the environment in which the robot will operate. Obstacle voxels (or boxes) representing the environment and obstacles therein are streamed into the processor and stored in on-chip environment memory. At runtime, the robot control system may dynamically switch between multiple motion planning graphs stored in off-chip or on-chip memory. The dynamically switching between multiple motion planning graphs at runtime enables the robot to perform motion planning at a relatively low cost as characteristics of the robot itself change. Various aspects of such robot motion planning are implemented in particular systems and methods that facilitate motion planning of the robot for various environments and tasks.

  • Patent number: 11965717
Abstract: The Electromagnetic Grenade is a destructive device used to disable Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV). The Electromagnetic Grenade is a purpose-built shell/round that utilizes an explosively pumped flux compression generator to create an electromagnetic pulse destructive enough to disable or destroy UGVs and similar military equipment which employ electricity as energy for onboard systems. The electromagnetic grenade includes a standard shell casing, a power source, capacitor bank, a solenoid, and a standard fuse. The casing and size of the shell can be changed to suit the weapon system that will employ the Electromagnetic Grenade. The design can be scaled to work with smaller and larger ordinance which will include small arms, artillery shells, bombs, missiles, rockets, sub-munitions, loitering munitions and similar.

Abstract: A method includes receiving first sensor data pertaining to plant-related parameters of each of one or more first plants that performed well over time. The method also includes analyzing at least some of the first sensor data to generate a predictive model associated with the one or more first plants. The method further includes receiving second sensor data pertaining to plant-related parameters of each of multiple second plants. In addition, the method includes identifying at least one of the second plants to receive one or more interventions by applying the predictive model to the second sensor data. Identifying the at least one of the second plants includes identifying the at least one of the second plants as having at least one of the plant-related parameters that deviates from at least one of the plant-related parameters of the one or more first plants.

  • Patent number: 11964142
Abstract: A syringe assembly includes a syringe and a tamper evident cap disposed over a Luer connection of the syringe, the tamper evident cap having a main body that defines a proximal end defining an opening, a distal end opposite the proximal end along the axial direction, an outer surface, and an inner surface opposite the outer surface that defines a passage to receive a tip cap and the Luer connection, where the tamper evident cap is spaced from the tip cap. The main body further defines a frangible connection between the proximal and distal ends of the main body. The frangible connection can break under a force applied to the distal end of the tamper evident cap such that the proximal end of the tamper evident cap remains engaged with the syringe when the frangible connection breaks.

  • Publication number: 20240127291
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing in-flight communication sessions. In some examples, a communication session delivery system may provide network access service or other types of content once a passenger has completed a brand interaction. The brand interaction may be any number of options that a brand partner may require in exchange for access to content. The communication session delivery system may choose from a plurality of reward offers and then display the chosen offers to a passenger. The chosen offers may be selected based on profile information of a passenger and characteristics targeted by a brand partner. The passenger may then choose an offer and perform the required brand interaction. Once the brand interaction has been verified, the passenger may receive the reward associated with the offer.

  • Patent number: 11960026
Abstract: In various examples, a deep neural network(s) (e.g., a convolutional neural network) may be trained to detect moving and stationary obstacles from RADAR data of a three dimensional (3D) space. In some embodiments, ground truth training data for the neural network(s) may be generated from LIDAR data. More specifically, a scene may be observed with RADAR and LIDAR sensors to collect RADAR data and LIDAR data for a particular time slice. The RADAR data may be used for input training data, and the LIDAR data associated with the same or closest time slice as the RADAR data may be annotated with ground truth labels identifying objects to be detected. The LIDAR labels may be propagated to the RADAR data, and LIDAR labels containing less than some threshold number of RADAR detections may be omitted. The (remaining) LIDAR labels may be used to generate ground truth data.

  • Publication number: 20240118797
Abstract: A user interface (UI), data structures and algorithms facilitate programming, analyzing, debugging, embedding, and/or modifying problems that are embedded or to be embedded on an analog processor (e.g., quantum processor), increasing computational efficiency and/or accuracy of problem solutions. The UI provides graph representations (e.g., source graph, target graph and correspondence therebetween) with nodes and edges which may map to hardware components (e.g., qubits, couplers) of the analog processor. Characteristics of solutions are advantageously represented spatially associated (e.g., overlaid or nested) with characteristics of a problem. Characteristics (e.g., bias state) may be represented by color, pattern, values, icons. Issues (e.g., broken chains) may be detected and alerts provided.
