Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and method for enhancing computer system security by applying a security polity to mobile user equipment. The apparatus includes a security policy monitor unit for switching a job environment of a user equipment to a secure job environment corresponding to a security policy so as to apply the security policy to the user equipment loaded into a system to which the security policy is applied; and a secure job environment providing unit for providing an execution environment based on the secure job environment via the user equipment. Accordingly, the security policy may be guaranteed to be continuously and securely applied while a job is performed in the system.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing automatic international and local call dialing in a mobile communication terminal. The apparatus includes a country identification unit for receiving country identification information from a network in which the mobile communication terminal is currently located; a memory for storing country identification information, a country codes, and international access codes corresponding to the country codes; and a controller for extracting from the memory a country code corresponding to the country identification information received from the country identification unit, comparing the extracted country code with a country code included in a phone number for an outgoing call, and making a local call or an international call according to whether the country codes are identical.

Abstract: A display apparatus which enables a display to rotate with a tilting angle across a large range is provided. This allows a user to, conveniently use the display apparatus in order to enable quality of use to be improved during a tilting operation, and slim and elegant appearance to be implemented. The display apparatus includes a display configured to display an image on the front surface, a stand supporting the display, and a hinge device connecting the display to the stand such that the display may be tilted, wherein the hinge device includes a guide member formed on a rear surface of the display, a latch fixed to the stand and to slide along the guide member when the display is tilted, and a fixing member fixing the display not to move when an external force applied to the display is removed.

When a request for an outgoing is received from a user, a country code corresponding to the received country identification information is extracted, and the extracted country code is compared with a country code included in a phone number for the outgoing call. Based on the comparison it is determined whether the outgoing call is an international or local call. The phone number is then changed in accordance with the outgoing call being the international or local call.

More particularly, the hydroxybenzamide derivative is obtained by reacting a hydroxybenzoic acid having a protecting group introduced thereto with a hydroxyphenyl amine to form a benzamide derivative and by hydrolyzing the benzamide derivative in an aqueous base solution to form a hydroxybenzamide derivative.
