  • Patent number: 11862635
Abstract: Neighboring gate-all-around integrated circuit structures having disjoined epitaxial source or drain regions, and methods of fabricating neighboring gate-all-around integrated circuit structures having disjoined epitaxial source or drain regions, are described. For example, a structure includes first and second vertical arrangements of nanowires, the nanowires of the second vertical arrangement of nanowires having a horizontal width greater than a horizontal width of the nanowires of the first vertical arrangement of nanowires. First and second gate stacks are over the first and second vertical arrangements of nanowires, respectively. First epitaxial source or drain structures are at ends of the first vertical arrangement of nanowires, and second epitaxial source or drain structures are at ends of the second vertical arrangement of nanowires. An intervening dielectric structure is between neighboring ones of the first epitaxial source or drain structures and of the second epitaxial source or drain structures.

  • Patent number: 11861313
Abstract: A computer implemented method, system and program product is provided for linguistic alignment in specific user targeted messaging. In one embodiment, new and previously existing data about a specific user is analyzed and personality insights are determined. Location of the user is also determined. Using this location and collected data and personality insights, a multilayered set of linguistic preferences is determined for the specific user. This set is used to customize a message for the specific user based on the linguistic set and ultimately a message is sent to the specific user using a selected messaging channel.

  • Publication number: 20230418804
Abstract: This application relates to automatic processes that service data requests for information related to an item during varying temporal periods. For example, a computing device receives first attributes for an item, and generates a first surrogate key and a first super surrogate key based on the first attributes. Further, the computing device generates a first entry within a first table that includes the first surrogate key and the first super surrogate key. The computing device joins the first table to a second table based on natural keys. The computing device also receives second attributes for the item, and generates a second surrogate key for the item based on the second attributes. Further, the computing device generates a second entry within the first table that includes the second surrogate key and the first super surrogate key. The computing device also adjusts the first super surrogate key within the first entry.

  • Publication number: 20230422463
Abstract: SRAM devices with angled transistors, and related assemblies and methods, are disclosed herein. A transistor is referred to as “angled” if a longitudinal axis of an elongated semiconductor structure (e.g., a fin or a nanoribbon) based on which the transistor is built is at an angle other than 0 degrees or 90 degrees with respect to the edges of front or back faces of a support structure or a die on/in which the transistor resides, e.g., at an angle between about 10 and 80 degrees with respect to at least one of such edges. Implementing at least some of the transistors of SRAM cells as angled transistors may provide a promising way to increasing densities of SRAM cells on the limited real estate of semiconductor chips.

  • Patent number: 11856139
Abstract: Generating a personalized automated voice response in a telecommunications network is provided. An incoming call from a caller for user equipment of an operator in the telecommunications network is identified. In response to identifying the incoming call, it is determined whether to provide an automated response to the incoming call. In response to determining to provide the automated response to the incoming call, a personalized response message from the operator of the user equipment to the caller is generated based on characteristics of communications between the caller and the operator of the user equipment. The personalized automated voice response comprising the personalized response message in a synthesized voice of the operator of the user equipment is generated. The personalized automated voice response is sent to the caller.

  • Patent number: 11847776
Abstract: A neural network is trained for use in a substrate thickness measurement system by obtaining ground truth thickness measurements of a top layer of a calibration substrate at a plurality of locations, each location at a defined position for a die being fabricated on the substrate. A plurality of color images of the calibration substrate are obtained, each color image corresponding to a region for a die being fabricated on the substrate. A neural network is trained to convert color images of die regions from an in-line substrate imager to thickness measurements for the top layer in the die region. The training is performed using training data that includes the plurality of color images and ground truth thickness measurements with each respective color image paired with a ground truth thickness measurement for the die region associated with the respective color image.

  • Patent number: 11843320
Abstract: A method for operating a resonant converter in a burst mode includes determining the polarity of a transformer voltage across a secondary winding of a transformer. The method includes determining, from the polarity of the transformer voltage, on/off states of first and second transistors coupled to the secondary winding of the transformer. If the transformer voltage has a first polarity, the method includes commencing a burst period by alternately turning on/off high-side and low-side transistors electrically connected to a primary winding of the transformer.

  • Patent number: 11844188
Abstract: The described technology is generally directed towards a system and method to distribute available power to devices in a group. A group of devices, such as a rack of servers in a data center, can have a group power consumption limit, such as the limit of a power distribution unit that supplies power to the group. The group of devices can each report their individual power consumption to a manager, and the manager can combine the individual power consumptions. The manager can compare the combined power consumption of the group to the group power consumption limit to determine a power headroom. The manager can determine power consumption limits for the devices of the group based on the power headroom, the individual power consumptions, and device priority information.

  • Patent number: 11842760
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) memory controller is disclosed. The memory controller includes a receiver to receive a strobe signal and provide an internal strobe signal. An adjustable delay circuit delays an enable signal to generate a delayed enable signal. A gate circuit generates a gated strobe signal using the delayed enable signal that masks transitions of the internal strobe signal that occur prior to a valid region of the internal strobe signal. A sample circuit samples data using the gated strobe signal.

  • Publication number: 20230394828
Abstract: A telecom network monitoring method and associated computer program product and hardware device. Location and activation sight information is collected via a plurality of image retrieval devices associated with a plurality of hardware devices connected to a telecom network. Object elevation, movement, and abstraction attributes of objects within images retrieved from the plurality of image retrieval devices are collected from a metadata database. Based on the object elevation, movement, and abstraction attributes of objects within the images, obstruction characteristics associated with obstruction objects of the objects located within a coverage area of the telecom network are detected. The obstruction characteristics are mapped with login and disturbance patterns of the telecom network. Based on results of the mapping, an alternative transmission location within the telecom network is determined.

  • Publication number: 20230396570
Abstract: A bidirectional bridge for web view is a technical solution to an engineering challenge associated with presenting external content in a web view. A bidirectional bridge for web view facilitates bidirectional communication between the web view included in the messaging client and the messaging client itself. In response to a user action requesting a web page to be loaded in the web view, the bidirectional bridge initiates a request to messaging client to retrieve external content, receives the requested external content from the messaging client, and displays an image representing the external content in the web view as part of the web page.

  • Patent number: 11838325
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for elastic policy scaling in multi-cloud fabrics. A method can involve deploying a cluster of policy agents on a hub virtual private cloud (VPC) that interconnects spoke VPCs in a cloud associated with a multi-cloud fabric, and mapping endpoints in the spoke VPCs to the policy agents. The method can involve distributing groups of policies for the endpoints across the policy agents based on the mapping of endpoints to policy agents, and advertising, by each policy agent to a respective first set of virtual gateways in the spoke VPCs, routes associated with endpoints mapped to the policy agent and preventing the policy agent from advertising routes associated with a second set of virtual gateways in the spoke VPCs. The method can involve applying, via the policy agent, a group of policies on the policy agent to traffic received by the policy agent.
