    Abstract: Various arrangements for wireless network provisioning using a pre-shared key (PSK) are presented. A plurality of wireless network access profiles that indicate a plurality of PSKs may be stored. An access point may receive, from a wireless device, a first value based at on the PSK. The access point can transmit the first value to a cloud-based provisioning system. A plurality of values based on the plurality of PSKs of the plurality of wireless network access profiles may be created and a match between a second value of the plurality of values and the transmitted first value may be identified. A third value may be provided to the access point based on the PSK of the wireless network access profile of the plurality of wireless network access profiles used to generate the value. Network access can then be granted based on the third value.

    Abstract: Systems and embodiments for a multi-pixel waveguide optical receiver are described herein. In certain embodiments, a system includes an emitter that emits laser light towards a surface. The system also includes a receiver that passively receives reflected laser light that is a portion of the laser light reflected from the surface, wherein the receiver has multiple pixels having a size that is smaller than an expected optical speckle size, wherein the expected optical speckle size corresponds to a region on the receiver where the reflected laser light has a substantially uniform spatial phase. Additionally, the system includes a combiner configured to combine optical fields from each pixel in the multiple pixels into an output that supports a number of modes that is equal to a number of pixels in the multiple pixels. Moreover, the system includes a photodetector configured to receive light from the output.

The processing circuitry is configured to: determine, for each of a plurality of time units, based on the cardiac electrical signals and the delivery of demand cardiac pacing during the time units, a plurality of metrics indicative of a need for continued delivery of demand cardiac pacing to the heart of the patient. The plurality of metrics includes a metric associated with a duration of one or more pacing episodes during the time unit. The processing circuitry is further configured to generate a graphical representation of the plurality of metrics of the plurality of time units for presentation to a user.

    Abstract: A system and method are provided for diagnosis of animal respiratory diseases using auscultation techniques. Animal lung sounds are recorded and digitized. Lung sounds are obtained by an electronic digital stethoscope or a wireless audio digital recording unit. The sounds are stored as digital data, and one or more algorithms are applied to the data for producing an output to the user indicative of the health of the animal. The acoustic characteristics of the sound are compared with baseline data in the algorithms. One embodiment includes a digital stethoscope with an integral display. Another embodiment provides a system for gathering information about an animal to include not only auscultation data, but also information from other field devices such as temperature probes or weigh scales. The combined information can be analyzed by system software to generate detailed information to a user to include a diagnosis and recommended treatment options.
