The network may schedule the UE based on the estimated transmission power. In some implementations, the UE may receive a control message that includes an uplink grant and an indication to skip monitoring of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) during a discontinuous reception cycle (DRX) on-duration. The UE may transmit a message to accept, partially accept, or reject the skipping of PDCCH monitoring. In some implementations, the UE may be configured for multiple user, multiple input, multiple output (MU-MIMO) communications with other UEs. The UE may receive a message that indicates parameters of the other UEs.
