The sole structure may include an insole portion and a plurality of discrete sole elements disposed within an outsole unit. The insole is positioned adjacent the upper and may extend along a longitudinal length of the upper. The sole elements extend from the connecting portion, and the sole elements are separated by a plurality of flexible regions.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method are provided for automatically determining rebate eligibility for purchased products. In one example, the purchased products may be travel-rebated products such as booked air travel itineraries. A database stores purchase information associated with purchased products purchased at corresponding purchase prices. A product administration system having a computer software-based product administration application interacts with the database and purchase information of a first purchased product is compared with purchase information of subsequently purchased products. The product administration application interacts with the database to determine if the first purchased a product matches a subsequently purchased product based on a set of matching criteria.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are disclosed that allow a user to enter a query in a query input region of a graphical user interface and respond to the query by automatically directing it to an appropriate database, saving a user from having to choose among the myriad databases within the system. The system provides shareable folders for not only selected documents or excerpts from documents, but also for annotations and markups associated with documents. The system also enables a user to set permissions as to whether to allow documents, as well annotations and markups, private or publicly available to other users. Further, the system allows a user to specify an action that is to occur once a particular event occurs affecting a document, annotation or markup.
