The inject insert enables tenability of flow parameters, such as velocity, density, direction and spatial location, across a substrate being processed. The processing gas across the substrate being processed may be specially tailored for individual processes with a liner assembly according to embodiment of the present invention.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods of joining three or more double-stranded (ds) or single-stranded (ss) DNA molecules of interest in vitro or in vivo. The method allows the joining of a large number of DNA fragments, in a deterministic fashion. It can be used to rapidly generate nucleic acid libraries that can be subsequently used in a variety of applications that include, for example, genome editing and pathway assembly. Kits for performing the method are also disclosed.

In one implementation, the adapter comprises a hollow body having a first end and a second end opposing the first end, a first block and a second block symmetrically disposed within the hollow body about a longitudinal axis of the body, wherein the first block and the second block define a central opening therebetween, and a retention device disposed in contact with the first and second blocks to confine the movement of the first and second blocks with respect to the hollow body. Abstract: Systems and methods are described for detecting that a potential renter of a property is being fraudulently impersonated by a third party during electronic communications with an owner or lessor of the property. Data representing an exchange of electronic messages between an inquirer and a responder are obtained, and may be anonymized to prevent the parties from learning one another's identity prior to completing the transaction. The data may be compared to historical inquiries sent by the inquirer, historical inquiries received by the recipient, or other content of the electronic messages to determine a degree of risk that the inquirer's account has been compromised or is otherwise being fraudulently represented. The degree of risk may be communicated to the recipient, and may be acted upon by, e.g., blocking messages from an inquirer whose degree of risk exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for optimizing the presentation of content through obtaining viewership metrics, generating multiple renditions of presentations of content, and selecting optimized renditions of content. One aspect includes associating a request for viewership metrics with a presentation of content, publishing the presentation of content, and receiving information of the viewership metrics associated with the presentation. Another aspect includes copying a presentation of a content item, creating a second presentation of the content item for publishing over one or more channels, and linking the presentation of the content item to the second presentation of the content item, such that a change to one propagates to the other of the presentation of the content item or the second presentation of the content item. In yet another aspect, a content rendition may be selected for presentation based on performance of the rendition out of multiple renditions in an auction.

The secondary container is attached to the primary container through a set of securing attachments, each including a protrusion and mating indentation. Abstract: Various embodiments each include at least one of systems, methods, and software to detect possible fuel theft and to provide notification thereof. In a simple embodiment, data from a fuel pump is obtained, either directly or via a fuel pump controller, by a fuel station site controller and stored. The stored data includes a measure of a total amount of fuel dispensed from the fuel pump, such as may be measured by a fuel pump feedstock meter. At a time when the site controller reestablishes data communication with the fuel pump controller after a loss, the site controller receives a fuel pump data update. The updated data is then compared to the stored measure. When there is a mismatch, a possible fuel theft has occurred and an alarm process may be triggered.

Abstract: Systems and methods allowing for a customer to initiate a fuel purchase transaction utilizing a mobile device are described. The customer may further be presented with advertisements on his mobile device and/or be provided with the opportunity to purchase additional items for inclusion on his fuel transaction. In some embodiments, the customer may pay for his transaction using mobile wallet information or other information associated with the mobile device. Alternatively, in some embodiments, the customer may pay for his transaction using input means of the fuel pump.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to electrical and electronic hardware, computer software and systems, wired and wireless network communications, and wearable computing devices for establishing a secure, closed-loop communication channel for authorizing access to rental properties. More specifically, a system, a device and a method are configured to facilitate authorization via secure communications between an inquiring entity and a responding entity to access a rental property. In one or more embodiments, a method can include establishing a data arrangement representing a messaging dialog between an inquirer and a responder. The messaging dialog may include data representing exchange of electronic messages. Further, the method may include suppressing transmission of the identity data of the inquirer and the responder during the exchange of the electronic messages to form secured messages, and generating anonymized transaction data representing authorization to access the rental property.

The device may determine when a next segment of the primary content is available, and begin streaming the next segment of the primary content upon detecting that the second segment of the primary content is available.

In one aspect, a method may include assigning a unique ID to a plurality of content items, where the unique ID of at least one of the content items is associated with one or more property distribution restrictions. The method may further include streaming in a video stream the content items to at least two properties and monitoring the unique IDs of the plurality of content items streamed in the video stream to detect least one content item associated with the one or more property distribution restrictions. The distribution of the least one content item associated with the one or more property distribution restrictions may be blocked from the one or more properties concurrently with streaming the video stream, based on the one or more property distribution restrictions.
