  • Patent number: 11184298
Abstract: Embodiments for managing chatbots are provided. Chatbot interaction information is received. At least one chatbot interaction within the received chatbot interaction information is identified. The at least one identified chatbot interaction includes an initial utterance provided by a user, an unsuccessful response generated responsive to the initial utterance, a subsequent utterance provided by the user, and a successful response generated responsive to the subsequent utterance. The successful response is associated with a chatbot intent. A confidence score for associating the initial utterance with utilization of the chatbot intent by a chatbot is calculated.

  • Publication number: 20210353225
Abstract: Methods and systems of identifying oral cancer in vivo are disclosed. An oral cavity of a patient is illuminated with a plurality of illuminating photons. A plurality of interacted photos are received from the oral cavity. The interacted photons may have been absorbed, reflected, scattered or emitted by the oral cavity. The interacted photons are filtered into first and second polarized multi-passband wavelengths using first and second tunable conformal filters, respectively. A detector captures the first and second polarized multi-passband wavelengths. A processor automatically discriminates between cancerous tissue and non-cancerous tissue in an image resolved from the first and second polarized multi-passband wavelengths.

  • Patent number: 11137664
Abstract: A light-based apparatus has an input device, accepting two or more numerical inputs and an output command. It has a logic unit that receives the two numerical inputs from the input device, and is adapted to combine various lights, in amplitudes based on the respective values of the numerical inputs, to produce an output light sum representing a sum of the two numerical inputs. The logic unit also has an output sensing circuit to sense the output light sum. The logic unit is responsive to the output command to output a value representing the output light sum. The device uses a computing method that includes comingling light from multiple sources, at the same time, in a light containment area to provide comingled light. The method includes using light amplitude sensing circuitry to sense an amplitude of the comingled light, outputting an arithmetic sum, based on the amplitude of the comingled light, without using a binary computer to compute the arithmetic sum.

  • Patent number: 11048517
Abstract: A processor core in an instruction block-based microarchitecture is configured so that an instruction window and operand buffers are decoupled for independent operation in which instructions in the block are not tied to resources such as control bits and operands that are maintained in the operand buffers. Instead, pointers are established among instructions in the block and the resources so that control state can be established for a refreshed instruction block (i.e., an instruction block that is reused without re-fetching it from an instruction cache) by following the pointers. Such decoupling of the instruction window from the operand space can provide greater processor efficiency, particularly in multiple core arrays where refreshing is utilized (for example when executing program code that uses tight loops), because the operands and control bits are pre-validated.

  • Patent number: 11021236
Abstract: A method of supplying hydraulic power via a zonal hydraulic system to an aircraft having a plurality of operating phases includes determining a current operating phase of the aircraft and setting a power limit (e.g., a pressure set point and/or flow limitation) for at least one hydraulic power unit based on the current operating phase. The hydraulic system includes a plurality of hydraulic zones. Each of the hydraulic zones includes a local controller, a hydraulic power unit controlled by the local controller, and at least one actuator powered by the hydraulic power unit. Energy savings may be realized by altering the pressure set point for and/or limiting the flow to hydraulic systems in inactive and/or less active zones. The zonal hydraulic system may be reconfigured for safety based on sensed failures and/or during emergency or alternate power conditions with limited available power. Duty cycles for multiple electric motor driven pumps of the system may be balanced.
