The device can be constructed for fluids or powders, a preferred embodiment includes a plate that's is coupled to 2 container each on top and bottom of the plate, an outlet directly on the lower container or part of the plate, the plate can be constructed to be a cap for the lower container. The upper containers can be integrated onto upper portion of the plate and a channel in between the 2 containers, a valve to controlled the flow of fluids running from upper container to the lower container and an automatic airflow system to allow the air to enters above the flowing matter when the valve is open.
