Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods may request a merchant identifier associated with a merchant from a third party, receive the merchant identifier, retrieve or receive a first uniform resource locator (URL) associated with the merchant, and store the merchant identifier and the first URL in a database. In response to a web browser extension detecting that a user is preparing to make an online purchase associated with the merchant, the system may receive an age request for an age of the merchant from a user device and identify the merchant identifier in the database based on a second URL included in the age request. The system may then request the age of the merchant from the database based on the merchant identifier, receive the age of the merchant from the third party, and transmit the age of the merchant to the user device for display.

Abstract: Systems and methods for fraud detection and prevention is disclosed. The system may receive a transaction request for a first customer including a transaction location, transaction time stamp, and merchant type code. The system may determine whether the transaction location is expected for the first customer. When the transaction location is unexpected, the system may identify a last-known video detection having a last-known time stamp and last-known location. The system may determine a travel time estimate between the last-known location and the transaction location and determine a buffer based on the merchant type code. The system may compare the travel time estimate to an allotted time that includes a difference between the transaction time stamp and last-known time stamp less the buffer. When the travel time estimate exceeds the allotted time, the system may execute one or more fraud prevention steps.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for providing presentable transaction data of a product to a user may include obtaining preliminary transaction data of one or more purchasers other than the user; generating itemized transaction data based on the preliminary transaction data; obtaining one or more translation codes from one or more transaction entities; generating standardized transaction data based on the itemized transaction data and the one or more translation codes; retrieving identification data from the standardized transaction data; generating anonymized transaction data based on the standardized transaction data by withholding the identification data; generating presentable transaction data based on the anonymized transaction data; and transmitting, to a device associated with the user, the presentable transaction data.

Abstract: A security system for a network may be configured to detect one or more failed authentication attempts to access the network by at least one user device and determine the number of the failed authentication attempts. The system may determine a first risk score based on the number of failed authentication attempts and determine whether the first risk score is greater than or equal to a first risk score threshold and generate a first notification indicating that the user device is attempting to gain unauthorized access onto the network. The system may transmit the first notification to an administrator of the network, determine the user device is successfully authenticated to access the network after the number of failed authentication attempts has been detected, and apply a first set of network activity restrictions to the user device.

A virtual account-linked card may be generated in response to a determination that a physical account-linked card has been forgotten at a card reader and ingested by the card reader. In some embodiments, a first image (received in connection with a first transaction) may be associated with the first transaction, and a second image (received in connection with a second transaction) may be associated with a second transaction. In response to a malicious activity notification associated with the first transaction, an identifying characteristic (e.g., a facial feature) detected in the first image may be used to determine whether to prevent access to an account related to the second transaction. As an example, in response to determining that the identifying characteristic is present in the second image, access to the account related to the second transaction may be prevented.

Abstract: In a method for transferring payment account information, a payment information transfer request is received from an account holder device associated with a first provider account. A list of payees to which electronic payments have been made from the first provider account is transmitted to the account holder device for display to the account holder and a user selection of at least one selected payee from the list of one or more payees is received from the account holder device. A payment account information data file is assembled in a predetermined data format, the file including payment account information for each selected payee. The payment account information data file is then transmitted to at least one of the set consisting of the account holder device and an information processing system of a second account provider.

Abstract: A computer vision card reader and/or point of sale device is described. The device is configured to sense when a user inserts a card into a card reader and to determine when a user departs or is about to depart from the device without retrieving the card. The device may issue an audible or visible alert to the user, reminding the user to retrieve the card. The device may additionally send a notification to a mobile device associated with the user that reminds the user that he has left a card at the point of sale. In some embodiments, message sent to the user contains a code and, upon entry of the code, the point of sale or card reader device returns the card to the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods build blockchains and verify assets for smart contracts. A system includes a memory, a blockchain, a set of nodes, a set of verifiers, a set of miners, and a consensus protocol. The memory can have a block data structure representing a transaction for an asset having an identifier and at least one verifiable characteristic. The consensus protocol can include rules for: receiving the stake at risk from the verifiers, providing the reputational score to the verifiers, verifying the verifiable characteristic of the asset by the verifiers, cryptographic verification by the miners, adding the new block to the blockchain by the miners, providing the reward to the miners, and distributing the copy of the blockchain to each node.

Abstract: In a method for securing a web browser, display instructions for displaying web content are received from a content server by a web browser operating on a client computing device. The web browser creates a document object using the display instructions and determines from the document object whether one or more of the display instructions meet font profiling criteria selected to identify attempts to profile font display characteristics of the web browser. Responsive to a determination that font profiling criteria are met, the web browser alters a character display of the document object and implements the document object for displaying the web content on the client computing device.
