Abstract: Provided, in an aspect, is a method for improving security in an automated teller machine (ATM) network, which includes prompting a user, via the ATM, to provide a biometric sample; receiving the sample from a biometric device of the ATM; determining that the sample is not blacklisted; and allowing the user to complete a transaction. Because the method includes storing anonymized event details, which include the biometric sample separate from user-identifying information, the method both improves privacy for law-abiding users and deters malicious use by others.

Abstract: A system includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform steps of a method for detecting harassment. The system may receive communication data from a first customer service representative terminal or a customer communication device and may determine, based at least in part on the communication data and stored communication data, that the communication data comprises harassing content. The system may, responsive to determining that the communication data comprises harassing content, transmit to a second customer service representative terminal, a notification indicating that the communication data comprises harassing content.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally relate to a system and method for transacting at an ATM. A computing system receives a request from the ATM to provide audio commands for an input having one or more components. The computing system generates an audio message for a component of the one or more components. The computing system receives an indication from the user to select an entry from the set of candidate entries as the component. The indication from the user does not include a recitation of the first entry. The computing system maps the indication to a respective candidate in the set of candidate entries. The computing system generates a verification audio message for the user to audibly verify a correct mapping between the indication and the respective candidate in the set of candidate entries. The computing system receives an audible verification from the user.

The credit card further comprises a substrate defining a first surface with a chromogenic feature wherein the chromogenic feature is capable of changing from a first state and a second state based on an activating trigger. Abstract: A method for enhancing automated transaction machine (ATM) security surveillance. The method consists of receiving a set of data from a financial device and generating a template for the financial device. The method generates an analysis by analyzing a portion of the received set of data. The method then determines a likelihood factor that the analyzed first portion is associated with a security threat, wherein if the likelihood factor is above a threshold then the method generates a second analysis by analyzing a second portion of the received first set of data and revises the likelihood factor based on the second analysis. The method generates a notice if the first likelihood factor exceeds a second threshold and then updates the template with the analysis and the likelihood factor and receives a second set of data from the monitoring device. The method updates the template with the second set of data.
