  • Publication number: 20250068483
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for provisioning a cloud service of a first cloud service provider using a control plane of a second cloud service provider. The techniques include detecting that a request for a cloud service provided by the first cloud service provider has been received from the second cloud environment of a second cloud service provider different from the first cloud service provider. The techniques further include, after detecting that the request for the cloud service has been received, provisioning a first set of resources within the first cloud environment and linking the first set of resources to a second set of resources within the second cloud environment. Linking the first set of resources to the second set of resources enables data pertaining to the cloud service to be transferred from the second cloud environment to the first cloud environment.

  • Publication number: 20250071621
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for managing a multi-traffic identifier (TID) and multi-link block acknowledgment (BA) negotiation scheme. In some aspects, to negotiate a setup session between wireless communication devices, a first wireless communication device may transmit a request message including an information container that includes one or more negotiation parameter sets each associated with a type of traffic. For example, a type of traffic may correspond to a TID or a resource reservation for a particular traffic flow. Each negotiation parameter set may indicate functionalities being negotiated for the setup session. In association with the negotiation, a second wireless communication device may transmit a response message to the first wireless communication device that includes values for the negotiation parameter sets.

  • Publication number: 20250071019
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a novel method for automatically deploying and monitoring logical forwarding elements (LFEs) for network administrators. To represent an LFE that a network administrator wants to implement, the method defines an edge object based on a first set of attributes provided by the network administrator for the LFE. The method analyzes a second set of attributes of the edge object to derive an edge deployment plan that specifies a set of two or more edge instances that implements the LFE in a set of one or more clouds. The method deploys the set of edge instances in the set of clouds. The method collects metrics associated with each edge instance in the set of two or more edge instances. The method analyzes the collected metrics to modify the edge deployment plan and revise the set of edge instances based on the modified edge deployment plan.

  • Publication number: 20250068967
Abstract: An event analysis and prediction system is disclosed that is configured to analyze at least one event data stream from a monitored system for the purpose of predicting future events in the system, e.g., for predictive maintenance of the system. The event analysis and prediction system advantageously predicts, in real-time, such failures in the monitored system that would otherwise lead to interruptions. The event analysis and prediction system advantageously leverages a novel data generation procedure that, in essence, converts the problem of failure prediction to a classification problem, which is solved using machine learning algorithms. The event analysis and prediction system is designed to work well even when there is limited labeled data available for model training.
