  • Publication number: 20250071104
Abstract: A system and a method for a single sign-on (SSO) authentication process that enables digital communication between multiple entities. The system includes a server with one or more processors. These processors receive a first authentication request from a first entity to access a second entity, which employs a first authentication process. Based on the request, the processors generate a second authentication request corresponding to the second authentication process used by the second entity. The second authentication request is then communicated to the second entity. After receiving a first response from the second entity, the processors generate a second response corresponding to that first response. This second response is communicated back to the first entity. Upon validating the second response, the processors allow communication between the first and second entities.

  • Patent number: 12235761
Abstract: Examples provide an application program interface or manner of negotiating locking or pinning or unlocking or unpinning of a cache region by which an application, software, or hardware. A cache region can be part of a level-1, level-2, lower or last level cache (LLC), or translation lookaside buffer (TLB) are locked (e.g., pinned) or unlocked (e.g., unpinned). A cache lock controller can respond to a request to lock or unlock a region of cache or TLB by indicating that the request is successful or not successful. If a request is not successful, the controller can provide feedback indicating one or more aspects of the request that are not permitted. The application, software, or hardware can submit another request, a modified request, based on the feedback to attempt to lock a portion of the cache or TLB.

  • Patent number: 12238765
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for protecting latency-sensitive communications, during restricted target wake time (r-TWT) service periods (SPs), from non-legacy STAs that do not support r-TWT operation. Some implementations more specifically relate to preventing STAs that are not members of an r-TWT SP from acquiring transmit opportunities (TXOPs) that would otherwise overlap with the start of the r-TWT SP. In some implementations, the AP may require all non-legacy STAs associated with its basic service set (BSS) to support r-TWT operation. In some other implementations, the AP may attempt to capture a wireless channel associated with the r-TWT SP within a fixed period preceding the r-TWT SP. In some other implementations, the AP may require all associated STAs to transmit a request-to-send (RTS) frame when attempting to acquire a TXOP. Still further, in some implementations, the AP may limit the duration of TXOPs acquired by non-member STAs.

  • Patent number: 12235905
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments, for a content display and clustering system. An example embodiment operates by receiving a request to display the plurality of content items. At each of multiple levels different pairs of content items are identified and a similarity score is computed for each pair. A subset of pairs for which their similarity score exceeds a similarity threshold for the respective level are identified and clustered. This process is repeated for one or more iterations at the same level, and then the process is repeated for each of the multiple levels. A final clustered subset is identified, and output for display, responsive to the request to display the plurality of content items.

  • Patent number: 12238081
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed in which an edge user computing device pre-processes a stream of user data prior to using the stream of data to train a machine learning model at the edge device. The edge device receives the stream of user data, where the stream of data includes a first set of characteristics associated with the edge device and a second set of characteristics associated with a plurality of user requests received from a user of the edge device. The edge device repeatedly generates, using the stream of data, sets of pre-processed user data by performing pre-processing techniques on characteristics included in the stream of data. The edge device repeatedly trains, using the sets of pre-processed data, a baseline model to generate a device-trained model, where the baseline model is trained at the edge device without providing user data included in the stream of data to a server computer system.

  • Patent number: 12236269
Abstract: Systems and methods take into account the criticality of workloads, the warranty needs of workloads, the warranty available time, and the lifetime of a workload to provide an optimal solution that ensures servers are used to highest extent. The warranty health of servers is computed and categorized as critical, warning, or healthy based on the number of days remaining in warranty. Workloads are tagged as short-term or long-term workloads. Workloads are also classified based on criticality. The quarantine mode for proactive high availability of servers is divided into multiple modes, including a long-time, critical-workload quarantine mode, a critical-workload quarantine mode, and a standard quarantine mode. Servers that are in quarantine mode are assigned new workloads based upon the warranty health, workload term, and workload criticality.

  • Patent number: 12238913
Abstract: Described herein are two transistor (2T) memory cells that use TFTs as access and gain transistors. When one or both transistors of a 2T memory cell are implemented as TFTs, these transistors may be provided in different layers above a substrate, enabling a stacked architecture. An example 2T memory cell includes an access TFT provided in a first layer over a substrate, and a gain TFT provided in a second layer over the substrate, the first layer being between the substrate and the second layer (i.e., the gain TFT is stacked in a layer above the access TFT). Stacked TFT based 2T memory cells allow increasing density of memory cells in a memory array having a given footprint area, or, conversely, reducing the footprint area of the memory array with a given memory cell density.

  • Patent number: 12238054
Abstract: Techniques for an email-security system to detect multi-stage email scam attacks, and engage an attacker to obtain additional information. The system may analyze emails for users and identify scam emails by analyzing metadata of the emails. The system may then classify the scam emails into particular classes from among a group of scam-email classes. The system may then engage the attacker that sent the scam email. In some instances, the scam emails may be multi-stage attacks, and the system may automatically engage the attacker to move to the next stage of the scam attack. For instance, the system may send a lure email that is responsive to the particular scam class to prompt or provoke the attacker to send more sensitive information, such as a phone number, a bank account, etc. The system may then harvest this sensitive information of the attacker, and use that information for various remedial actions.
